Great repair and installation experience

The entire team at Hendrix has been exceptional. Our first experience was an unexpected repair, to which they responded promptly, and they immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem. I was impressed with how much time they took to explain the situation, and the options for repair. They discovered during this process that the previous owner of our home had NEVER serviced this HVAC system during its 18 year life, so we all agreed that a new system was needed later in the year. The entire experience in selecting and then having all new HVAC equipment installed was flawless. From the sales and follow up processes with Luke, to the installation with Willie and Mitch, there were no bumps in the road. I have worked with two other HVAC companies previously, and there is no comparison. I highly recommend Hendrix; they are friendly, reasonably priced and their attention to detail is superb. GREAT value.

I wish I had the names of the two gentlemen who came to service my heat pump today. They were very respectful prompt, and efficient. The more experienced one took great care to both train the younger worker. He was a good listener and answered all my questions. He even went beyond my questions and gave me helpful additional information. I will definitely refer people to the Hendrix Heating and my faith in the company is 100% restored based on my last two service calls.
