Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning

I have a deep appreciation for the technicians and the office staff at Hendrix. I've used them for residential and commercial HVAC repairs, cleaning, and maintenance since 2005. They have always been responsive and professional and efficient. In May 2022, I left a voicemail at 6 am and had a tech at my house by 10 am and he replaced a damaged part, fixed the problem, and cleaned the condenser before lunch. I don't call anywhere else for a quote, I just call the office at Hendrix because I know they will take care of me.

After being without heat for over a week as another company worked on my existing HVAC system, we came to the conclusion that it needed to be replaced. We elected to have Chris Hendrix and his team do the installation of the new unit. Chris went the extra mile to quickly obtain the new unit and get it installed. The cost was very reasonable and the installation was well done. I would recommend this company.

6/1/2021 A Technician called me back last Thursday 5/27 and came out to look. Told me he would get back to me with an estimate.
I guess via email.
This was not for a service call either, this was to buy and have a whole new system installed!
No email, or phone call. not a peep. ? ??
Guess I'll have to go elsewhere!

I received a recommendation from a neighbor to use Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a new HVAC system installed. Chris Hendrix spent the time answering all my questions and made several site visits to provide the type of system that I needed. The installation went smoothly. The installation team was very knowledgeable and professional during the 3 days of work. It is a pleasure to hire a company that shows up and completes the work on time.

When I called with my issue, I was courteously and promptly answered from one of the better customer service representative I could have ever asked for. My job was scheduled immediately and I was thrilled with the results. Totally professional company and very easy to deal with!

Refused to work on my mom’s A/C because they didn’t install the system when the home was built. They wouldn’t even go look at it.
