Everything about this process went well and on time. Professionalism was excellent and timing was completed on time. I'm totally happy with my a/c/heating system now. Every detail was so complete and organized. Recomend Hendrix for sure.

We've had Hendrix servicing our electric heat pump systems for many years and they've lasted well beyond the origianl life. When one of the units finally failed this year they explained all the options and recommended a new replacement system. The technicians doing the maintenance and istalls are very professional. Installation of our new unit was very timely and the new system is working great!

Loved salesperson, Sean. He was professional, friendly, personable, at all times. Really appreciated the 'on the spot' bid for job, not having to wait. Installation guys, Zach and Tim, quiet, very professional, appear to have done a great job. We're really happy so far, hope this new furnace lasts as long as our old 35-year-old which never failed but was getting past her prime by far:)

Seth was able to troubleshoot my system and repair a broken ignition module on my furnace. He did an excellent job of walking me through all of his troubleshooting steps while I was watching. I am very satisfied. I have a furnace which is about 29 years old. They still had parts to fix it and repair.

We had a new heat pump installed by Hendrix on July 20th. 5 months to the day, December 20th, the heat stopped working.

We were sent a tech named Jason who misdiagnosed the problem, not once, but twice. We went without heat over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. When they finally sent a competent technician, Seth, out to repair the system on January 5th, yes you are reading that correctly, two and a half weeks after it went out, guess what, it wasn't even a part, it was a crimped wire!

The owner Carla never even called us back after it was finally fixed to apologize for the travesty that they are calling customer service. They never offered to pay our excess electricity or gas costs or provide credit for future services.

We were a long-term customer, but we will be looking for a new company after the warranty period on the new system is up, one that treats their customers like they actually care about them.

Prompt, courteous, dedicated - Cody did a great job and just focused on his work. He arrived in the designated time slot and began to work right away. Good work, good work ethic both of which are very much appreciated.

Sean was very professional and interested in our project for installing ductless heating and A/C. The process was very timely and there was professionalism from Sean to the office staff to the technicians that installed our system. Jason arrived even though we were having a snowstorm and was able to fix our heat pump within a half an hour. Appreciate same day service when you are a paying preferred customer! Appreciate that they offer this service.
