Inspection of system.... The representative was very polite, on time and informed me of the system condition which was good. I gave him some shoe slippers to share with co-workers that I ordered a long time ago, for estate sale that did not happen due to covid.

Billy B was our technician this time and did a great job. He was very conscientious about going back and forth in and out of the house and because we have a little dog that likes to escape he was very careful about that and made sure he had both doors shut before entering and leaving the space. Thank you Hendrix for once again providing great service and great qualified technicians to keep our systems running smoothly.

Absolutely Outstanding
This project - from beginning to end - was, without a doubt, the best experience I have EVER had with contractors of any type. Sean Skipper, in his initial inspection / evaluation of my home, was extremely through and very informative. My house has some non standard quirks that he was immediately on top of. His recommendations for what I needed were well thought out and presented in a manner I could understand (I was not Heat Pump conversant). The installation team were fast and efficient. They were mindful of the cats I have and were very careful to keep them secure inside - this is a Big Deal to me. They answered questions and, again, further enhanced the experience with Hendrix Heating.

Both technicians that installed our AC/Heat Ductless Units were fantastic. They were very aware of what was going on around them as far as our pets. They asked for our opinions on exactly where we wanted units placed. They were very pleasant and a delight to have install our units and heat pump. Ready to answer any questions we might have, plus questions we didn't have. Overall we were extremely impressed with the whole process from salesman to installers and then the final. They were here when they said they'd be here

The Hendrix team was excellent from initial meeting and talking about the HVAC system to installation. All the personnel that I interacted were very professional in there attitude and work ethic. The product installed did everything that was promised and of excellent quality. Even with the COVID problems shipping was timely; with installation the next day. You cannot go wrong with this company; they are very highly recommended.

I had many questions throughout the decision making process and received patient, helpful support. Everyone that came to my home was very professional - from the salesperson (thanks, Sean!), the electricians and the ductless installers. They were able to accommodate a last minute change to make sure one of the units was exactly where I wanted it. The mentoring/partnership I saw between the pairs of technicians (electrical and ductless) was so great to see. I feel confident in the decision I made and happy with the results so far!

Excellent service. Sean was our sales person, and he guided us through the installation and financing options. He was at all times professional and courteous. The installation was finished in one day, and everything is working properly
