    I just got a quote from Hendrix Heating. I was totally impressed with how many measurements and how thorough he was. He was very friendly, and I was impressed by how knowledgeable he seemed compared to others who gave bids.

    This was the regular yearly service. Alex communicated when on his way. Worked to solve an efficiency problem. Communicated all during the service call so I knew what was going on. Even went above and beyond by willingly walking past a new screen to see if dog behind gate would bark - bummer dog failed Alex passed!

    REVISED: The owner of the company contacted me (see below) and we were able to come to agreement and work it out. They reimbursed me for my time and materials at a fair rate and apologized for the mix-up during installation. We discussed the issue of them limiting their area due to the high price of gas etc. I understand their situation but still think that as an existing customer they would have made an exception. Anyway issue resolved to my satisfaction.

    If I could give the 0 stars I would. The salesman came and discussed purchase with myself and my wife and helped with the paperwork for a rebate from our electrical. He discussed with me location and installation and how straight forward and easy it would be. After purchase agreement was made and paid when the installer came, things were quite different. The location for the outside unit required modification and building materials that were not discussed by the salesman. I had to spend several hours assisting the installer get the unit set including personally providing hardware and building materials of my own that were out of my own pocket. I did complain and received a small refund from them which was far less than what it cost me in materials and labor.
    After installation the unit worked fine. I received the first annual maintenance free as stated in the contract. Now because of the pandemic I am past due for a service so I called to schedule and they quoted me a ridiculous price because of the distance from their business to my house which I was never informed would be a problem when I purchased the unit from them and a month and a half out to schedule said maintenance. When I complained the phone just went silent and then after me asking if someone was still there, the person came back on and said if I had a problem with it I could call around and find another certified company that was less expensive if I wanted. I did and found another very reputable company that can be here in one week and the price is $150.00 less for the same service.
    This company is interested in selling their product for sure and will promise you the moon to make the sale, but when it comes to after purchase service, maintenance or customer service there is NONE. Stay Away! Worst Company Ever!

    Hendrix installed an electronic filtration system in the furnace/AC duct outlet to reduce pollen levels in the house. Everything went well and we are already enjoying a much better environment (fewer sneezes). We've worked with Hendrix for years and have always enjoyed superior service.

    Seth and Alex were very professional and thorough as well as polite and cheerful. Seth clearly communicated the inspection findings and repairs needed. We would whole heartedly refer them to anyone. My husband and I got great service and could not be more pleased with their work.     I called requesting information on getting AC. They came out, explained that a split system would provide heat and AC. They gave me a quote and I purchased the system. When installers came out they were obviously very experienced. They were fast and professional. After installation they explained how the system worked and how to use the remote. Overall a great buying experience.

    We had them out to fix our system at first. They repaired the main issue and it looked good. We ahead another issue they found thatt was keeping our system functioning properly so I set up an estimate. Sean was right on time and gave his estimate on the spot without any pressure or up selling. I tried to get 2 other bids and 1 company waited a week to offer me the quote they forgot to send and the other company tried to push my visit out another week. So I chose Hendrix and they got us on the schedule fast. So happy with their service so far. Thanks.

    Was careful to wear the 'blue booties' to protect our carpet. Explained everything very well. Willie found this 'not so little guy' in the outside unit! Glad Hendrix didn't lose a tech that day, Willie battled it to the death!
