    Replaced an aging gas furnace with a new modern furnace. From bid, to install, to followup, Hendrix Heating was communicative, professional, and respectful of my time and home. Would use again.

    Our experience with Hendrix Heating rates five stars from start to finish. Our salesman Sean was very personable and easy to understand and deal with while answering all of our questions. He found every rebate and incentive that we were eligible for and applied them to our invoice. The installation team was on time, removed the old A/C unit from the wall for me and worked seamlessly together to install the new furnace and A/C unit. Tanner, Zack and Jake each knew what needed to be done and just did it and were cleaned up and gone before four o'clock. We could tell that they truly got along together, actually had fun together and like what they are doing. The installation was neat and clean and performs beautifully. We really appreciated the personal touches like the calls to touch base and the simple thank you card from Sean. It is nice to do business with someone who still does customer service the old fashioned way. Awesome job.

    Even though the response states a VM was left, I did NOT receive one. From others I’ve spoken with, making a customer pay TWICE the amount of a regular service charge (which is also high at $145/hr.) to “give me priority emergency service” is a slap in the face! If I’m a longtime customer, that itself should move me to the front of the line if I have an emergency. Charging me DOUBLE your regular hourly rate for an annual maintenance service only leaves a very bitter taste. What if I never have need for that emergency call? Do I get a credit for next annual maintenance call?
    Further, in speaking with another customer who has your same annual maintenance service—they were recently charged the $185…so why am I suddenly being asked to pay $289? (And spreading out and making monthly payments does not convince me to overpay!). In the several years I’ve been your customer, I’ve fortunately never had an “emergency”; so paying for being on your “priority” list means I’ve been cheated and you get to pocket the “in case of emergency fee”! No thanks. I’m done.

    Having been a longtime customer (as well as the previous homeowner also used your services), I was taken aback to learn the annual maintenance contract/service charge INCREASED from $185 to $289! That is an EXORBITANT increase and I feel as though I’m being punished rather than rewarded for being a longtime customer. And further, there is no discount consideration for senior citizens. Because they “hadn’t increased prices for several years”, suddenly this huge increase?? Poor business planning! I’m glad I do have choices of who to do business with.

    Hendrix is very customer oriented. They make scheduling an annual maint appointment easy. The service rep was on time and very professional. He was mindful about not tracking in dirt or leaving a mess. Hendrix is a dream to work with.

    They installed a heat pump at my place. Very professional service at a competitive price. I was referred to Hendrix by an independent contractor. After the job when the inspector came to check their work he told me they were known for their high quality work. During the installation, the crew leader taught me how to use the controls for best efficiency. He also told me how to connect the mini-split to the fan on my old electric furnace in the attic to extend heating and cooling from the mini-split to the far corners of my house. When I was DIYing that, Sean gave me free advice to make the job easy. Great crew, very helpful!
