I have been doing business with Hendrix Heating for almost 10 years. They have great people and great service. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any job. This was my first time dealing with Luke and he was great to work with as were the two men who installed my new air conditioner. They were so efficient they finished a couple hours before they were predicted to. Great company.

We got a quote in late Summer of 2022. Decided to call for a revised quote in May 2023. Really liked the quote. Got everything installed 2 weeks or so from accepting the quote. The 2 technicians were very polite and worked steady for 5-6 hours. Everything looked like professionals installed it, very clean and attractive. Left my garage and outside better looking better than when they started.
My Wife and i are very happy and would recommend Hendrix to anyone wanting Air conditioning.

Hendrix heating is awesome! I called for a repair and they called me back in a very timely manner. I ended up having them install a new furnace and thermostat. They were very professional, friendly, and did a great job. They also had excellent communication via text, phone, email so I knew what and when things were happening. Highly recommend them!

I had a great experience getting a mini split installed by Hendrix. They were professional in every step of the way. From Luke explaining my options and providing competitive pricing, to Caitlin answering my permitting questions from the office. Zack did a great job with a clean install and line run. I'd definitely recommend Hendrix if you're looking for a heat pump!

Hendrix replaced a 24 year-old heating and cooling system. Luke was very helpful in explaining the heating and cooling needs of our home and reviewing options. They were able to install the system soon after we made the order. The installation crew was professional and efficient. Scheduling of the city inspection and follow-up by Luke was convenient, and Luke thoroughly explained system control and maintenance. Having relied on Hendrix to maintain our previous system we were confident they would do a good job with this installation. We were not disappointed.

I spoke with almost every heating and air company in the eugene/springfield area when deciding what to do with my ductless heating system. Hendrix was far and away the most professional and knowledgeable of them all. Sean came out and did an excellent job explaining the problem, the options, and his recommended approach. The pricing was the most reasonable we were quoted, AND the quoted price is what we paid. The installers were clean and thorough as well. I am so happy with the job they did, and their customer service and business models are beyond reproach. The world would be a much better place if more people did business like Hendrix. There is no need to look anywhere else, in my opinion.
