Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning

My heater was not work working well so I called Hendrix Heating a little after mid-day. They were able to send someone out the next morning. Kody arrived on time. He could hear the problem and knew immediately what it was. He fixed the problem and did some maintenance. The vist cost was I was quoted for a home visit. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for the great service and reasonable price.

From start to finish, I've been highly impressed with Hendrix' staff. From the initial phone call, to the service call, to the survey for a replacement of my furnace, everyone was top notch. Installers arrived early (!) and observed appropriate COVID protocols. Both were cordial and professional. They were very thorough - when they'd finished, there were no signs they'd been here (other than having heat!).
Explanations of use were clear and all questions were listened to and answered with attention to my needs. I've used Hendrix' services for nearly 30 years and highly recommend them.

Our old furnace failed during the coldest winter days. Hendrix Heating & Air Conditioning responded quickly and installed a new furnace. Unfortunately, the new unit proved defective. Rather than leave us in the cold while they got repair parts, Hendrix went to great effort to quickly obtain a replacement furnace and replace the defective unit. We slept warm that night! The new unit is performing flawlessly. Hendrix's service and integrity are second to none!
