When do most A/C fail? During the hottest time of the year along with everyone else. So finding an honest, reliable technician to make time for you isn’t so easy, but Greg’s Heating and Air was very responsive, prioritized my needs, and properly diagnosed and repaired my unit quickly. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians completed the work on time and on budget. Highly recommend.

I got a quote from Greg's and the entire process was amazing. I ended up not being able to afford it, but they do offer financing through Ally and Wells Fargo. I personally do not like Wells Fargo, and that was the only reason I did not go with them. They are incredible responsive, professional and go above and beyond, even through the quote and arrangement process. The products they offer are high quality and absolutely worth the cost!! They have incredible offers and will work to give you the best offer that suits your situation.

Had to have a new line run for my heat-pump. They came out identified the issue and got it taken care of quickly. Unfortunately we had other issues with our system, they recommended a course of action and got the parts ordered immediately. They came back the next week to finish the job and we were very happy. Never felt pressured, but they clearly communicated the best path forward. Their quote seemed fair for the work and I appreciated the candid communication.

One note that I really appreciated; they noticed that whomever had installed the system prior had done a sloppy job, as it was not plumb. When they replaced part of the system they made sure to straighten it out and it looks much better. They also took the liberty of enhancing our system with small details like that. I can say that we will likely use Greg’s moving forward because they took the time to do the work correctly.

Definitely recommend Greg’s Heating and Air as they were everything you hope for when hiring a company to come into your home. On time, professional, thorough and HONEST. Our AC wasn’t getting cold so we hired them to come check it out for us. Jeremy was our technician and he called before hand and was actually early which was amazing. He was very professional, tested everything to diagnose the problem and of course we found that nothing was actually wrong and the AC was magically working. We appreciated his honesty and thoroughness of trying to figure out why it wasn’t working previously. Jeremy did note some builder flaws in the efficiency of how our air system works, but was professional and not sales pushy at all about correcting, just as a courtesy heads up to let us know what issues may arise in the future. Now a days, you never know if a company will try to find something just to nickel and dime you, but that was not the case here which spoke volumes to us. Will 1000% hire in the future and recommend to others.

Greg’s is an awesome company. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is in good condition and communicate throughout out the process of installation and annual services. I highly recommend for HVAC to anyone who asks or is looking.

Arlen was our technician. He was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem. He had our air conditioner fixed within an hour. The rate was reasonable. Overall highly recommend Greg’s Heating and Air Conditioning.
