Greg's Heating & Air Conditioning

I have been a customer of Greg's heating for over 27 years. Raffy, the technician that came out to do the maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning unit was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Raffy walked me through what he had done so that I knew everything that I had asked for was complete. The whole experience has been positive.

Great service. Had a dead heatpump and the technician, Jeremy was able to diagnose it and get it fixed in a very reasonable amount of time. Very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you again, you saved our Xmas!

Very knowledgeable, professional and fair. Diagnosed and repaired my phantom heat pump problems when the other guys couldn’t.

Jeremy was fast professonal and friendly. he explained the process so it was clear to us to understand what he was doing. we have already made an appointment for october for oue heating and fireplace.

Raffe was on time, very professional and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I have used Greg’s a few times and have always been pleased with this company.

Update 11/2 /22 I can not express my gratitude for our technician Bobby he was exceptional! Definitely a A+, 100% stand up guy. He did not give up when it came to repairing my unit. He was determined to figure out and fix the problem with our heating system. I am so happy to say he did. Honestly this guy needs to be employee of the year. He saved us $13,000.00 ! I am returning customer for life now. Do yourself a favor and call Gregs heating for all of your repair or maintenance needs. I am one Happy customer !! Thanks Bobby!

Update 10/25 /22 My technician Bobby was exceptionally wonderful and knowledgeable. He's determined to fix my unit. Its been giving us problems since we installed it with a totally different company... I am so grateful you have him on your team. I will definitely continue to use this company for future work because of his work ethic and professionalism.

10/18/22 Bobby showed up to diagnose my Carrier ductless system . He was on time and very professional . He was able to answer the questions that previous techs from Best Heating could not.
He was very knowledgeable and detailed about what my unit needed to get my system back up and running.
Thankful to have found someone who finally knows what their doing.

Replacement heat pump and furnace scheduled. I am a more informed consumer after the representative came out who I found to be very professional, informative and knowledgeable which made the decision to use them much easier.

Show up whe scheduled. Got right out when our furnace went out.

Part came in late, but the tech had promised to come. So he worked an extra long as to keep his promise.
