The process of requesting and deciding upon a final quote on a heating system as well as installation all went very smoothly. I appreciated the responsiveness when I called the office for clarification on the quotes. Also, the installation went very well as the two technicians, Raffy and Matteo, I believe, were very professional and careful in their work.

We would definitely recommend Greg’s Heating and A/C. Our serviceman, Raffy, was the best! He was on time, answered all our questions, very professional, took his time and explained all what he did and why. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the job done.

Had my AC serviced after moving into a new house. Had my rare 14x14 filter in stock to replace and were able to quickly check my system out, clean it up and give me a few tips on making sure it lasts and runs efficiently. Will definitely be calling them again for my service needs.

Jeremy was very helpful explaining what was wrong with our AC unit and offered multiple options going forward. We’ll likely replace the unit in the near future and we won’t need to look anywhere else, Greg’s will take care of our needs.

I needed to get vent put back together, it was open under house. They came out inspected. 5 minutes under house with drone. Saw where it was opened said there is to much water. I was watching I didn't think there was much water. So guess I will fix it myself.. cost $207.00. just to inspect 5 minutes.

Zach was extremely professional and methodical. He took his time and was very thorough. I mentioned our house seemed imbalanced between the upstairs and downstairs. The previous installer (not Greg's) didn't install a dampener in one of the main runs. He diagnosed the problem, came out the next day and made the repair. The new dampener was very reasonably priced. Overall he spent 4+ hours making sure everything was in order and all the rooms were getting equal air flow and temperatures. In all his extra time spent, the price never changed from what was originally quoted. He even found a crimp in one of the ducts to the kids room and straightened it out. I am extremely impressed.

Raffy Rodriguez was informative and knowledgeable, along with doing good work.

Greg's has provided great service for our heating and air conditioning systems. Great annual check ups and maintenance. Have been responsive on repairs. Very knowledgeable. Discussed options for replacing our AC unit and to provide a unit that met our preferences on efficiency, reliability and cost.
