Bobby and Rafie came to service my heater, they were on time, very pleasant to work with.
They taught me how to finally use my thermostat, and how to change my air filter.
Bobby sold me the ion thing, I hope it works.
Made my morning to have 2 hot heater guys come to my house, makes an old woman happy!

I highly recommend Greg’s Heating & Air Conditioning! They are all wonderful people, friendly and professional. Last year when my old unit stopped working they came out and did their magic and got it working until I could get another unit. Needless to say I bought two new units (upstairs and downstairs) from them. Raffe came out yesterday to do the maintenance on them, he was very nice, explained what he did and if there where any [problems to please let him know. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

They were on time and ready to complete the installation. They cleaned up after themselves leaving no trace of being here other than a working system. Answered all questions fully made sure that I knew how to operate the system. I would recommend this crew to anybody, I would hope that all of Greg,s crews are this good. Raffy Rodriguez works quickly & efficiently.

System filters were very dirty when he removed them, but were clean & bright after he cleaned them, & then returned filters to units.

Pleasant & helpful when I asked him questions.

I requested an estimate for adding another unit in my bedroom, so Raffy took pictures & will be sending me information.

For the past two years we have relied on Greg’s Heating & Air for our yearly maintenance and have been completely happy with the professionalism of their technicians. Raffy was more than happy to explain the “why” of what he was doing the entire time he was at our home. He answered all my questions and never rushed to complete the job, making sure he did his job thoroughly.

Had our heating/air unit blow out in the beginning of the winter. Had two other companies come out and say the whole unit needed to be replaced. Greg’s came out and said a couple wires were blown out from wear and tear. Awesome company, amazing service, and super nice people. Definitely would recommend.
