Our Service Technician Raffy was extremely professional and explained everything about our heating and a/c unit. His knowledge about our system was extensive and he helped me to make a well informed decision for upgrades to maximize the operation of our equipment and help alleviate allergy issues. We needed to have 3 interior ductless mini split units pressure cleaned. Arlen and Jeremy were right on time at 8:00 AM. They were friendly, and very efficient. Everything being done was explained to us in detail and they took the time to answer all of our questions. They even made friends with our dog. I recommend their services very highly.

Arlen was great, very professional and nice to work with. Our AC unit looks new again and is running great. The price for the service was also very reasonable, we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be going back to Greg's for future heating and AC needs.

When I purchased my home, the heating and AC system were the original units in the built, and by then, they were 18 years old. In year 3 of ownership, both the AC and furnace started to misbehave, and that's when I first had to choose a local service professional for inspection and maintenance. I called a few places and I think they would have all been fine, but Greg's was the most responsive, so I went with them.

Fast-forward another 3 years, they have been performing my yearly maintenance visits (which are very reasonable in cost), and just this year they replaced my entire furnace and AC units. I finally decided to pull the trigger because the small issues with my old equipment were accumulating.

Greg's technicians have all been very responsive, professional, and take their time doing a thorough job. One thing I have specially appreciated was that they never tried to upsell or convince me of additional costs. All small repairs were done as needed, and they simply made me aware of possible future issues, but never tried to sell me on higher-costing jobs. The process of choosing and pricing new equipment was also done without rush and they helped me decide on appropriate options that didn't break the bank.

They have been great! As long as they continue to be this honest, hard-working, and attentive, I will be using them for all of my home's HVAC needs.

We had a new Bryant heatpump & 95% efficient gas furnace with an Ecobee thermostat installed by Greg’s Heating. After the 3 heatwaves in the last month it is wonderful to have central air.

All of our interactions, from Donna in the office, Gavin the Service manager that sent us our proposals, Jeremy and Raffy, who handled our installation and AJ who followed up after installation were professional, thorough and personable. You can tell they really care about client satisfaction.

Jeremy came to my house to install an air purifier into my existing ducted whole house HVAC system. He was on time, professional, friendly and was able to clearly explain everything, and answer any questions that I had. Could not have been more pleased!

Bobby and Jeremy came to service our furnace, air conditioner and fire place. Very friendly and professional. As they were working on the furnace, Bobby pointed out some concerns. Although, currently working, it was just a matter of time before it would probably go out. (Ours is 18 years old). We decided to upgrade to a more efficient furnace, air conditioner and smart thermostat. Absolutely no sales pressure; just the facts.
