Jason conducted himself as a true professional. Unfortunately, he didn't have the fan motor needed to address the problem on the first call. Thus, a second service call was needed to install the replacement fan in the furnace unit. I appreciate all the service I've had done over the years by Hendrix.

As always they did a great job. Nothing wrong with the system, e just didn't read the remote correctly. He held us get a new manual so we can understand it better

We were SO IMPRESSED with Hendrix! We left a message right after the snow storm and thought we would not hear from them right away, but we sure did! They asked us if it was an emergency and since it wasn't we only had to wait LESS than a week! Sean came over and did an assessment of our situation and immediately gave us his recommendation which was most reasonable. The gentlemen who came to install the furnace were in well marked vehicles and very professional! It was a treat to see each of them know just what needed to be done. Our new furnace works like a charm and a week after the installation Sean came back to do a walk through and see if we had any questions or concerns. We can't recommend them highly enough! At this day age, customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for many businesses, but we are happy to say Hendrix is still most impressive in the customer service area!

My A/C quit working last night. I called first thing in the morning at 8:30 am. Seth was on-site by 9:25 am. He assessed the situation quickly, gave a quick quote, had the replacement part on hand, fixed it, answered all my questions and was gone by 10:20! I usually don’t do reviews, but I was impressed! Cody was courteous, prompt and did a great job of letting us know what is going on with our heating and cooling systems. He made suggestions for a replacement part for our air conditioning system and then let us know it was still under warranty. Win/win!!
