We had Comfort Flow install a whole home heat pump system, including adding ductwork throughout. This has been quite the upgrade from our cadet wall heaters and a small mini-split! Installers David and Gabe and electrician Fawn showed up on time, wore protective gear and did a fantastic job. They explained everything they were doing as they did it, and it was a lot. They were courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We couldn't be much happier with the work and the results. Thank you!

We had to have our old furnace replaced with a new and more efficient one. The electrician Marie and installers David and Taylor were very knowledgeable, and we felt very comfortable having them work in our house for a couple of days. They worked really hard, and were very thorough. It was a great upgrade from a 24 year-old system. Now we have a more efficient and safe furnace that we don't need to worry about for the next 20 years or more!

Our AC/Heating system is 3 years old. It went out the very end of June and they have not been able to fix yet in the hottest part of the year. At this rate, we will not have our AC for the entire summer. They claim it is the factory not able to obtain parts yet I believe it is because our unit is under warranty and we are the lowest priority. We paid 26,000 for this unit and it should not go out after 3 years. We even had a service contract with this company that maintained it. Very very frustrated!!!! M. Mcnally

We needed a way to cool the house and ended up replacing the air handler, getting a new heat pump, and running new vents. From the estimation to the installation and clean-up, we were impressed with CFH. We picked them because they are Trane-certified comfort specialists, only one of two in the 50-mile area, and had worked on this house before. We feel like we made the right choice. David, Mike, Alex, Gabe, and Andrew were timely, courteous, careful, and efficient. Mary did the electrical work. Took her less time to run two new lines than I'd need to make one cup of coffee. Thank you, CFH, looking forward to 10 years of working with you.

I had these guys come relocate and install a new gas hot water heater, and install a couple new gas lines for me. David and Taylor showed up on time, were very professional, and did a clean job! I am very impressed how these 2 guys conducted their business and am very pleased with their work! Comfort Flow also installed the gas and complete central system in this house years before I bought it, and its be a VERY good and reliable system. This is a solid company with great employees, I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Update 8/9/2020 after I tried to use them again, this time by calling into the office instead of a sales call scenario:
I KIND of recommend Comfort Flow. The actual people who do the work are great; respectful, clean, and do good work. But the office people leave something to be desired. I am not going to play some childish games with adult people about scheduling work and being penalized for not answering the phone fast enough for them (bathroom anyone??). When a customer makes an appointment, simply show up at the scheduled time, in a capitalistic society, the business is bound to the dollar, my dollar does not have to go to your company, its quite sad really because I really want Comfort Flow to do the work since they literally have installed the gas from the ground up in this house, but I can get treated better elsewhere. So its a 50/50 with them, I had to move on because I actually needed the work done.

After almost 30days without heat due to our home warranty company, we contacted Comfort Flow. Comfort Flow was able to replace our gas furnace quickly and efficiently. They made us a priority and that spoke volumes to their quality service. David and Mark were respectful and kind! Great experience!

We had Comfort Flow install a new high efficiency HVAC system and water heater in our home. The bid was clear and complete. Installers David R., Andrew E. And Mary S. Did a very professional installation. All components fit well into available space and all piping etc. were well routed. The system functions as we were told it would and we are very pleased. The installation took two days and we were only without use of the system for a few hours. The crew were on time daily and clean up was completed at the end of each day. System operation was explained to us in detail at the end of installation. We could not have had a better experience. Dean B.

We looked into several vendors before deciding on Comfort Flow for our new heating / cooling system. In the end it came down to warrantee and commitment to taking care of the system through the course of its lifetime. They are not the cheapest vendor out there but with their warrantee and customer service they are well worth the extra dollar. It is hard to put a price on peace of mind. We have only had our new system for a few months now but look forward to the future with Comfort Flow putting its customers at the top.
