Comfort Flow Heating

Well, what a great experience working with these guys. From Jeff Cowley coming out and talking us through our options to the installation guys, David Reid, Trevor Henderson, and Taylor Murders, we had a great experience. Joe Myers and Jordan Adkinson did a fantastic job on the electrical work, and quite quick I might add. The installation guys all had really nice demeanor while in our home, very professional but still laid back enough to have a conversation with you. I am very pleased with the whole team, and all of their work, it's nice to see some companies still care about the customer... Oh, and out new furnace and A/C units work great too :)

our routine maintenance person took the time to make sure we understood the problem with our heat pump and how to recognize if the problem becomes acute. however, we have not heard back from comfort flow repair staff.

I knew I could trust them since they had been the main repair company for my work HVAC for over 20 years. They were honest and helpful with questions and did a wonderful job.

Comfort Flow installed a ductless heating & A/C unit at our apartment. They did a great job and it was a herculean task as they had to climb around in the attic, crawl around in the cramped space under the building & cut through the concrete siding in several places. They also had to patch into the circuit box to hook up the power. The unit has two parts, one standing unit outside that sits on a cement slab, and the part that is inside the home that actually delivers both the heat and the A/C. They had a team of about 5 or 6 members and they worked fast & hard from 9am until almost 4pm and they completed the task. I was very impressed and the unit works like a charm! You just set the temp. you want and leave it and it does all the work for you.

Comfort Flow gave us good advice when our furnace needed replacing. We now have a heat pump furnace and the house is Comfortable!

We have a 2 location business & use Comfort Flow for both offices. I don't have to worry about any of our ongoing maintenance, they get us taken care of easily & without interruption to our business. When I do have an issue, they are so responsive! Most recently we had Rylund (sp?) & Jacob out, they were both phenomenal! And speaking to Diane on the phone is always a pleasure! She is beyond helpful, her warmth and sincerity is felt through the phone, like sunshine! She truly stands out for her exceptional customer service!

Jeff was very thorough in explaining the system options for our major home renovation. Lynn arrived on time and installation was great. Jeff followed up after installation. We would highly recommend Comfort Flow.

Marie, Lynn and Manny installed a heat pump system for me. Very personable. Enjoyed the time spent with them. They went over and above the norm to make sure I was taken care of. Made sure I understood the process and how to use my new system. I was in the construction business for 30 years. These people were the epitome of service.

We bought a new heat pump and gas furnace from them, and every person we dealt with was thoroughly knowledgeable and skilled at every step of the way. Jeff C., the sales consultant, knowledgeably answered all of our probing questions. Lynn, the installer, and his crew were true experts, as was Mary, the electrician. Of course, we hope we don’t have to buy a new system anytime soon, but if we did we would have absolutely no reservations about using Comfort Flow.
