Comfort Flow Heating

Recently had ductwork and a heat pump installation from Comfort Flow. The system is wonderful, efficient, and quiet. The installers were incredibly professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. They always took time to answer my questions, which I appreciate. I 100% recommend hiring Comfort Flow.

I drive I-5 everyday. And i have about had it with this guy that rides my car bumper at 74. I have a lifted car. I do not like to go past 68. This is the second time. Car number 193 ccb#440 on 4/13. Drive better!

When the heat pump needed to be replaced, we called Comfort Flow as they had kept the old unit running for a number of years. Mike Z the salesman was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, explained what we needed to suit our house and was able to do the contract and arrange financing easily.. The techs who installed, David R, Manuel S, and Marie S, were on time, prompt and professional. Explained what they were doing and answered any questions. They were very polite and it was comfortable having them in the house. And am very grateful to have the new system up and running as the weather is getting colder!

Comfort Flow has provided our family outstanding service over many years. Its staff is well-trained, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. They've installed our furnace, AC, and split system ductless heat pumps, performed duct cleaning, and regularly maintenance. When our furnace (installed by another company years earlier) failed on the Friday afternoon of Christmas Eve, (also the coldest week of the year) a member of their sales staff came to our house and stayed well into the evening explaining our options and getting everything set so that installation of a new furnace could begin the following Monday. Thanks to Comfort Flow, our house was warm again in record time. During Covid, they've taken care to address our concerns and keep us safe while doing maintenance in our house. We greatly appreciate our longstanding relationship with the friendly, helpful professionals of Comfort Flow.

Tiffany repaired our 20+ year old gas furnace. She was prompt, professional and friendly. In November 2022, Comfort Flow’s heat pump technician performed the scheduled semi-annual check-up on my heat pump system. As usual, the technician arrived on time, always put clean booties over his shoes before entering my house, and proceeded to check the entire system inside and outdoors for approximately the next hour. The technician was friendly and professional and competent, continuing the excellent standard established by previous technicians. Great service!

Comfort Flow did the installation several years ago of our ductless heating and cooling system. They were great, did a great job and we have been very happy with everything. We have them come out periodically to do maintenance on the system and they are always courteous, professional, and do a great job. They wear their shoe covers in the house so they don't track anything and clean up after themselves. We highly recommend them!

Comfort Flow was able to fit me in, in a pinch. Our system works great, but needed some routine maintenance and they were able to get someone out next day. Service techs were professional and able to answer all my questions. Pricing was also reasonable for the service they were able to provide. Great job, guys! Thanks!

We had a new furnace and heat pump-a/c installed. Would recommend highly for quality of sales, products, warranty, and service. We were fortunate that financing worked out, and happy with follow-up service on an electrical order for a different job. It took some time to get the furnace in, but it was well worth the wait. Would go with them again and recommend to others.

David Reid and Andrew Evans installed a new water heater and cut in new venting, which brought us up to code. They were on-time, coordinated with plumber to move existing water feed, they were quick, neat, explained how everything worked, and very polite and professional. Right Way Plumbing was equally professional. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Comfort Flows pre-planning was also very efficient, and followed through at each step at a reasonable cost.
