Comfort Flow Heating

We had a heating and air conditioning system installed. Adam and Gabe were the workers on the job, they were courteous, professional and worked on task. They were always respectful of us as we were in the home the whole time. They always cleaned up and did a great job given the very tight quarters for the installation and the temperature (very hot). They are quality people and workers and I will use Comfort Flow in the future. During the end of the job, two electricians arrived to make the hookups. Fawn and Mary, arrived and immediately went to work and where so professional and efficient. They two were courteous and engaging and great workers.

All in all, Comfort Flow and their employees are at the top, none better.

These people are great, both in the office and the field! Office staff are knowledgable & professional, techs are experienced and professional. Great communication from the office and techs. Easy to get ahold of, answer questions promptly, & were helpful in getting my Trane warrantee transferred from the previous owner. Saved me a lot of money on a part they could have just replaced, and charged me for. (I wouldn't have even known it was under a warrantee).

The tech showed up on time. He serviced the furnace/air units. He replaced the furnace filter. We'd have paid roughly the same amount at Jerry's, but he did the labor. It took him a bit longer than planned, but he apparently found a bunch of spiders in the outdoor unit that he dealt with. I was pleased with the work.

After messing around with other companies that had personnel show up in stained T-shirts and shorts as well as not knowing what they were talking about, we found Comfort Flow. I can't say enough about this company in terms of the service and personnel. We had to replace a geothermal unit in our residential home and worked with the sales rep Kyle to figure out the best unit for our needs. We ended up having them install a Trane heat pump/air handler that works like a charm. I have to say David R. the installer did an excellent and professional install of our system. His assistant Mike was also extremely helpful. I should also mention the electrician Mary was extremely thorough. Everyone cleaned up after the messes they made and they were all very patient with all the questions we had. I would recommend to strangers in the street.

I purchased a new heating/AC system. I was given several options and price ranges. They were all explained in detail. I got scheduled right away. On the day of installation, they showed up on time, wore masks, protected my floors and made sure they closed the doors when they came and went and were very friendly and polite. It took about a day and a half (2 full days was quoted) to complete the job. They did a great job cleaning up and painting the new cover for the wiring. I really love the new system. It’s so quiet I literally cannot hear it at all. The new thermostat is very modern and WiFi ready. I’ve had Comfort Flow servicing my heating/AC system for 7 years. I always get fantastic service and highly recommend this company

The comfort flow team did a great job today installing a gas water heater into my older home. The little closet that the old water heater was in was a tight fit (which presented some unique challenges for the install), but installers David Reid and Andrew Evans did a great job of staying calm and working through this tight space and old pipes to complete the job (within the timeframe that they had quoted me). I was glad I had them come into do this job for my home, as their friendly attitude and knowledge of the situation allowed me to rest assured of a job well done. Thanks Comfort Flow team for an easy to work with process through these continuing pandemic times!

The Comfort Flow team were great from initial visit by the estimator to final installation. David Reid, Trevor Henderson, Mitch Pratt and Fawn Coultas showed up on time and worked most of the day installing a new ductless air system for me. They were courteous and all did their jobs well. Most of the day they worked quietly and I hardly knew they were there. Left my yard and home spotless and left me with great air conditioning just in time for the summer heat. Highly recommend for quality, professional service.

Comfort Flow is a very good choice to install and maintain high quality hvac equipment. Their technicians inspect my system every 6 months. They are courteous, reliable and efficient. I'm very happy that I hooked up with Comfort Flow and would recommend them to anyone.

Just had my first annual service appointment on my ductless units with Comfort Flow and if this is their normal, I am highly impressed. Not only did Caz take time to answer questions and explain things I would not have thought to ask, he did the same for my visitor who is exploring a heating upgrade for her home. The attention to detail and thoughtful customer service is refreshing, earns repeat business and makes another experience had with a competitor last year pale in comparison. Thank you for a job very well done.

My experience with the installation and follow up service was excellent. I cannot say the same about the office staff, particularly Lainie, who seems to be in charge of scheduling. Back when my unit was first installed, that winter, my heating just went out.It was snowing at the time. There was no response from the service team for 24 very cold hours. Problem with schedule person, they said. Now, I have tried to schedule an appointment after Covid. I made two calls, Tuesday and Friday, and was told Lainie would call me back. Still no call, Friday evening. I’m just very annoyed that this problem still has not been resolved after two years. Service folks are great. Too bad office support staff seems not to care.
