We had routine preventive maintenance and the next day, the heat pump froze and would not defrost. I called in the evening and they told me what to do and then a repairman came out the next morning and corrected the issue without charge. Very responsive and excellent outcome.

Brock was intelligent, efficient and very personable. He represented his company well and I signed a three year contract for maintenance!

The Comfort Flow staff (including Kyle, Julie, Chuck, David, Manuel, Joe, and Jorden) who recently provided the front-end preparation and installation of a ducted heat pump system at our home did an absolutely fantastic job. The system they installed -- involving working in a cramped attic in temperatures well over 100 degrees -- works efficiently, reliably, and silently. All work was done as scheduled and neatly, with no residual scratches or dust and with all items in our house left just as they had been. Responses to questions were always answered promptly, thoroughly, and courteously. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Comfort Flow Heating & AC. The service from the initial consultation with Kyle H. through installation, clean-up and follow-up were exemplary! Our Mitsubishi ductless unit was installed in a day by Jared H. & Axel P. They did an excellent job, were super polite and considerate of our property.
We also had extensive electrical work done by Mary-Marie S. & Jordan. From a new electric panel, new thermostats, radiator and electrical outlets they went above and beyond to get our work done and done well.
All our interactions with the Comfort Flow staff have been excellent. Special kudos also to Julie in electrical for her helpful assistance in the coordination of our electrical projects and answering all my questions.

Salesman Jeff Casley really took time to investigate the best options for me, and got a rebate I didn't think I'd be entitled to. Installers Len and (Rob?) did a great job, very nice and made it easy to ask questions. Electrician Fawn was equally friendly and knowledgeable. They all cleaned up before they left, and made sure I understood how to work the thermostat. Great experience from beginning to end.

David Reid and Alex Strand were here for almost 4 days putting in 2 different units in two different houses on our property. They were polite, communicative, mindful of space and where their things were kept, and overall just had a really great interaction with them both. Only been a couple days with our new systems , but so far so good! I would request their team if you’re having the same work down in the future! Joe Meyers and Jorden Atkinson came out to do the electrical work and thermostat instillation. Super helpful and clear communicators, over and beyond to figure out a breaker situation and help walk us through some skill level way above our heads! Overall a great experience for such a big job!

Our equipment was installed in 1999. For 23 yrs, Comfort Flow has maintained our system. Not realizing it then just how "important" they would be to us. Sheila K. and Jake, Comfort Flow employees have been "outstanding" in supplying what we needed to keep this "ole gal" working. When, the system finally dies you can be assured we will continue our relationship with Comfort Flow in replacing it.

The service person that came was very polite and professional. Being the new owner of an older home we wanted to make sure everything was working properly and he assured us things were fine.

There was no hard sell for buying anything new, which we really appreciated.

We transitioned from electric to gas and Comfort Flow was amazing. I could not have asked for a better, more seamless process. Kyle was a knowledge sales rep and didn’t mind all my calls! They did an excellent job arranging with NW Natural so I hardly did anything. David, Andrew, Joe and Jorden did a phenomenal job. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt so comfortable having them in our house for 4 days. They went above and beyond in setting up our new range, taking away the old one, and removing any cardboard, styrofoam and trash from it. And my husband got sick and couldn’t finish digging the trench for our gas line to our fire pit. David and Andrew said they wouldn’t mind doing it. It ended up being the worst thing I could have asked them to do as our ground is so hard, and they had blisters after. But they were still smiling, and I was beyond appreciative. That is some service! I really could not imagine having gone with anyone else. Thank you!

We have a maintenance contract and each fall a tech from Comfort Flow comes, cleans and checks the furnace. Work is done well and efficiently.
