I had a great experience with Justin over the phone asking him about how i could install my own A/C unit for my window. And instead of pushing me away or suggesting other options, he kindly and politely informed me on how I could do it myself and the best materials to use. Even though they don't deal with small window A/C units, he still helped me figure out what I needed and was very professional at the same time. I HIGHLY recommend this company because they are very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful with a smile.

Can’t recommend this company enough! Garrett is on top of responding to emails, and Justin is great on keeping you in the loop on their schedule. Mark in the office is awesome as well and the whole team reacts and serves to that call when a customer needs help! We had been dying from heat for three days and our poor golden retriever has been so hot, so I called and they were able to be to us in two days to help us as other companies wouldn’t respond or stated it would be weeks to get someone out. Do not hesitate to reach out to them and they will be there for you, your family, and pets! Not to mention we were outside their territory and that didn’t stop them to help us!!

These folks are a lifesaver. Our old central forced air system died on the coldest day of the year. None of the other companies could come in a timely way. We heard about Perfect Climate from a trusted friend. Perfect Climate is run by nice people who like what they do. They loaned us some oil heaters while they did the job. We got a great deal and are very satisfied with the outcome.

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what we needed to have done to fix our leaking mini split issue. Got the job done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. We had a ductless heating and a/c system installed on our home. Justin did a phenomenal job at explaining all our options and what system would work best for our home. Outstanding company! We went through the process of getting multiple quotes since we needed an entire system replaced, and from the very beginning, Garett’s level of customer service and professionalism shone through. We had our heat pump system replaced and everything went very well. When there was a minor quirk with the thermostat, they responded promptly and got it adjusted to our preferences. Personal, Professional, Skilled and Courteous, what more can you ask for! I spoke with owner, Garrett, on Wednesday afternoon and was scheduled for 7am Thursday. the very next day. I was beyond thrilled to get an appointment so quickly!
