Comfort Flow Heating

This is our second installation with Comfort Flow. A complete heat pump and gas furnace, dual fuel system. This one was challenging in many ways but Jeff our sales person rolled with it to a successful completion. In regards to the installation and the install crew all the credit goes to them. The system exceeded my expectation with the level of professionalism and fit and finish. David Reid was our project lead and you could not get a more professional, knowledgeable or courteous person. Manuel was his partner and was also equally friendly and courteous. Trey, Joe and Jorge also contributed to the project but I had no interaction with them. Overall I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend Jeff and David to anyone for any related work in the HVAC field. Thank you guys, much appreciated!

Kyle gave me the quote in December and described the installation of a new furnace, the reliability, and service plan, the supply chain wait was to be 3-4 months. Surprised to get a call this week and David and Tyler came to install the new furnace! They not only arrived early, but finished in less than five hours. Everything was in amazing order, setting the thermostat, cleaning up, and explaining the next steps. I recently needed an HVAC replacement system and of course, I went with Comfort Flow, as they originally installed my system more than 20 years ago. From obtaining the estimate, to the foreman, to the installers, I was more than pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and support. The day of installation went so smoothly and all the guys, David Reid, Manuel Salinas, and Jorden Atkinson, were there to answer any questions I had. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm not sure how Comfort Flow compares in cost to other heating and AC companies, but I never thought about getting a second quote. This company has been good to me for so long, why change? I know I'll always get the best with them.

We recently had David and his crew install a whole new system in our home. He and the team did exceptional work. We have a toddler and they based some of the work around his nap schedule which was amazing. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs heating and cooling solutions for their home. We are very happy.

We had a new system installed in May. From the Service Techs, Salesman & Installers, we had nothing but a great experience with them all. This also includes the office staff. Everyone was courteous, professional & mindful of our home. We give them an A+!

Comfort Flow has helped us keep the HVAC systems in our home running great. They are prompt, professional and affordable. We have two ductless heat pumps, a main outdoor heat pump and an air scrubber, and they keep it all working great!
