Comfort Flow Heating

Love this company! We had to have a new HVAC system installed. Today, Dec. 9th, David Reid and Mike Lockwood installed the system. They did such a great job, as did the electrician, Marie Steele. Totally satisfied with the whole process from start to finish! Would highly recommend them!!

Overall, we have had a good experience with Comfort Flow. They were recommended to us by people we know and trust. The explanation of the various options was clear, and communication with the service staff has been timely. While the system is still new, thus far it is working very well.
Our only issue was that when the system was first installed, there was a problem that took about a week to correct. The service specialist who did so was very helpful, and since this time, we've been very happy with the new unit.

We had several projects, adding up to a large job, for Comfort flow to do for us. We have an older house (80 yrs) that need much updating in the electric system and heaters installed. All of the employees were very professional. Mary and Fawn worked hard each day, not wasting any time. They were very friendly and efficient. Julie, the coordinator, was quick to answer questions we had as they came up. I would highly recommend this company for you electrical, heating and AC needs.

The whole experience has been very pleasant. No one wants to have to replace their heating and air unit but the people at Comfort Flow have made it an overall nice experience. The person who came out to give us the estimate was honest and told us what we needed without trying to over sell us. The two installers (David Reid & Lynn Weatherford) were very kind and answered all my many questions. They were very respectful of our home and animals. That means a lot to us. Today was the final day of installation it is working well so far. Thank you to everyone who made this such a pleasant and less painful experience.

All of the Comfort Flow technicians sent to our house were on time, courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with both the installation and maintenance.

The Comfort Flow team just finished a major 3 zone project at our home. Technicians Adam, Taylor and Fawn arrived on time each day, wore protective masks, demonstrated complete courtesy and labored in our stiflingly hot attic for four days. They replaced one of our 17 year old furnaces and its associated A/C unit. I had four companies bid the project and selected Comfort Flow because their solution was the most comprehensive and was presented by sales consultant Kyle, in a manner that showed he had listened to the challenges we presented and was aimed at correcting a number of deficiencies in the old system. It’s important to note that Comfort Flow wasn’t the lowest bid, but their obvious expertise made the choice easy. As I write this from my upstairs office, it’s a comfortable 72 degrees for the first time in 17 years. Adam explained everything they did and taught us how to operate our new state of the art system. These guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day and demonstrated a terrific work ethic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the expert and professional Comfort Flow team. We had to have our heating and air-conditioning system replaced in the main part of our house. Journeyman installers David Reid and Rob Keneipp along with apprentice electrician Fawn Coultas did an excellent job. They were all very friendly, courteous and skillful in their work. We’ve used Comfort Flow for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with their service.

Had a dead heating and cooling system replaced with a new system. Lead David Reid calculate and was able to make the new unit fit in a very tight place. Mike Lockwood did a great job of installing over twenty five pieces of ducking with Axel Parez-Lopez’s assistance. Fawn Coultas did a outstanding job of running the wires and connecting the ends in one day, also gave me some tips that have come useful. All are professional and nice people that we need more of. Thank you for letting me watch some of the work.

Brock & Matt showed up on time, we’re very cordial & performed a thorough maintenance on my heat pump & furnace. They answered my questions & explained the maintenance. They also made sure everything was cleaned up. I’d have to say they were the best techs I’ve had from your company!

David Reid and Trevor Schamp did a phenomenal install in challenging conditions at my home. The two of them made me a Comfort Flow customer for life.

I felt comfortable leaving the two of them at my residence all day with my wife and 3 year old daughter. Not only was the job challenging, my daughter was adamant on helping her two new friends.
