I’ve always had a pleasant experience with their maintenance technicians. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and have answers to any and all questions. Prices are great for the amount of service you get. They even have maintenance plans and discounts for service contracts! I feel safe knowing my heating and cooling equipment are being well maintained by the experts.

Replaced our previous gas furnace and A/C with a new electric heat pump. The installation crew (David R, Manuel S, Fawn C and Joe G) were professional, communicative, and very concerned with doing the job well, correctly and to our satisfaction. No complaints at all, and happy to recommend them to others.

Our old gas furnace died. Kyle came to our house and discussed our needs. We decided to replace our old air conditioner and water heater along with the furnace. Kyle gave us a bid and printed it out for us while he sat at our kitchen table. Furnaces were hard to find due to supply chain issues, but Kyle was able to locate one and save it for us. Comfort Flow installed the new equipment for us as soon as they reasonably could. David, Axel, Jared, and Fawn proved to be knowledgeable and efficient at completing the job. They were more than willing to answer all my questions, and they cleaned up the entire work area when they were finished.

As I expected, the CFH crew did a great job of installing an AC system. They also repaired some minor issues from years ago. Nice guys that are pleasant & competent. This includes the top quality company electrician.

Brock was professional, answered our questions, explained what he was doing, and was friendly. My husband and I were both impressed with his knowledge and kindness. We highly recommend Comfort Flow for home maintenance!

Comfort flow installed a new Trane AC unit in my home. They told me when I signed the paperwork that the unit I ordered was in stock. A couple of weeks later they called and told me that the unit I ordered wasn't in stock and was backordered, so I could wait or have a less efficient model installed right away. We opted for the less efficient model as the temperature was in the high 90's. However, when they installed the outside unit, they did not secure the refrigerant feed lines in the attic. In fact, they installed them right up against the roof sheathing so that when we had our roof installed two days later, the refrigerant lines were punctured by roofing nails. They didn't warn me that they did this. In fact, I was left with the impression the lines were run lower and attached to the ceiling joists. This simply was not true. See attached photos. The technician who came out to diagnose the problem tried to convince me that it was the roofer's fault, but the first thing she said when she realized what had happened was, "Why do roofers keep doing this?". This suggests to me that this is an ongoing problem with their installation process. My question is, "Why doesn't CFH secure the refrigerant feed lines properly?" To add insult to injury, I was told by the technician that because it was labor day weekend, I wouldn't get any assistance until Tuesday next week despite the temp being in the 90's and my home temp was in the 80's. No offer of portables or any other mitigation strategy. As of this posting, I'm still waiting for a call from the service manager.

Came to fix my heat pump. The technician found the problem right away. Replace the capacitor and did testing. He took less than one hour. Very competent. When it come to invoicing, he could not send me the invoice to look at the details. I had to call the company to get it. I agree with the service fee, $58.00, the diagnostic fee, $98.00 but not the capacitor cost. He charge me $212.00 for a capacitor who cost only $12.00. The total was $389.00. I didn’t get a good answer why they charge so much. I think this is not very honest.

Comfort Flow did good work. Unfortunately, they are selling an inferior product. Some of the "features" included in the users guide just don't work. We were told by Comfort Flow (after installation, not before) that "we've had a lot of problems with that feature." Timed start and shut off does not work at all. You can't set the heat mode lower than 61 f. (We used to set our radiant heat at 50 when we were away just to keep the pipes from freezing). This is a big problem for the Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump system. I do not recommend it.

We recently had Comfort Flow come out and install a ductless heating and cooling system. Gabe F., Dave R. A d Fawn were all very professional and arrived on time both days. Highly recommended these guys.

Friendly on the phone. Easy to schedule our appointment for maintenance. We even got moved to an earlier date as there was a cancellation. The service person arrived promptly, checked everything, cleaned a few parts that needed cleaning, and indicated everything was working properly. Very fair price for maintenance. I strongly recommend this company. Thank you CFH!
