Comfort Flow Heating replaced our complete heating and cooling system last week. I can't stress how impressed we were with how professional, polite, and hard working the two installers are. David Reid and Andrew Evans worked tirelessly for two days completing the job in hot weather, much of it in a small attic space. Electricians Joe and Jordan assisted for part of one day and they too were just great.
The new system works beautifully. I would recommend this company and their dedicated employees to anyone.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of installation or repair. Everyone I was in contact with at Comfort Flow was professional and a pleasure to do business with. The service technician was personable and did a great job on the maintenance. Comfort Flow installed my HVAC system a few years ago and maintenance is suggested every 6 months. I am not a current maintenance agreement subscriber and don't want to be. As such, when I called in June 2022 to make an appointment, I was told the first available appointment was in December 2022! I made an appointment in December but I was put on a wait list. An appointment became available the next week. After the technician had been here, I called the office to request keeping the December appointment only to be told that appointment had already been given to someone else. This "advance appointment" situation also occurred the last time my system was due for maintenance. While having such an agreement might make it easier for their scheduling, I really do not appreciate this tactic. I feel as if I am being punished for not signing up for their service agreement.

Beware!
Had them come out to give a quote on a job, said we needed a new motor for a kitchen exhaust and ETA was 4 months away. The quote was over $7000.00. Had another vendor come give a second opinion and he fixed the problem in 1hr. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MOTOR! Only charged us $100.00....
Comfort flow is shaddy and will steal your money!

We bought this house in 2005 and since then we have enjoyed the tremendous services of Comfort Flow Heating and Air-conditioning. They were there for us when our furnace failed. We got a new furnace yes expensive but boy what a difference really makes our home very very comfortable and is much easier to use than to adjust. When the motherboard failed a week after the warranty Comfort flow was there to extend our warranty and save us an extra $1,000. Everything has been fine since. When our water heater was on the verge of failing.. for the last 10 or 11 years... We finally decided to have comfort flow replace it. What an incredible difference. Comfort flow has the nicest people to work with that are efficient and care, really care for their customers. This is a great company taking care of business in the right way... Customers first ‼️

The company did a great job confirming the appointment in advance and providing some flexibility for time of day for the appointment. Yeshua, the technician was very friendly, helped answer questions, did a great job on the unit and followed up after the visit with a comprehensive report. Overall a very positive experience.

Comfort Flow always comes through for us. They are personable, efficient, and know what they are doing. But their last visit was the most productive yet. Our dryer was taking twice as long to do its job as it should have, so Greg and Brock figured out what was wrong. Brock went under the house, into the crawl space, and found the dryer exhaust duct was broken. He repaired the break and cleaned out the tons of lint that had accumulated around it. He also cleaned up around the dryer itself.
Now laundry is done in half the time. We're saving a LOT of money and energy. But a bonus is that the dust and lint that were accumulating around the dryer, in the hallway, and also in the bathroom in that area, are a lot cleaner now!
