I own a duplex and had a unit installed a year ago. The AC was fabulous, like being in a movie theater all summer. In the fall we had a lot of difficulty with the heat. We had multiple service techs coming out over a several month period which was hard. It was finally resolved but what I liked is that the owner himself called me and said if we can't get this sorted out on this last one we're going to work with the company that provides the units and replace them.

I was so satisfied with his handling of the situation that when I needed to install another HVAC in one of my units I went with this company again.

Alpine's service and repairman (Steve) was very punctual, knowledgeable, and detailed about the problem effecting our heating system. He did great with the immediate work necessary to get our heat system restored prior to final work being completed.

The office of Alpine quickly set a time and date for final repair. Their charges for a house call and/or repair seem very reasonable.
We would recommend Alpine Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone that needs air and heat systems checked or repaired.

Alpine actually delivered every thing they promised.The system with a little fine tuning works awesome. The installers were always on time,finished the job on schedule and could not have been more professional,courteous and polite! They made sure their work site was clean when they left and kept me updated during every day. The office and sales staff always answered their phones and were happy to be of help. I have owned my owned home for almost 40 yrs.and have dealt with a lot of contractors but this was by far was the most pleasant experience I have had. Thank you everyone at Alpine !!!!

I've had excellent service from Alpine on two occasions, and I highly recommend them.

About six months ago they installed a ductless mini-split system for one room in our house not served by our main system. Their price was great, installation was smooth, and the mini-split has been working well.

This weekend our main system heat pump broke. Brandon came out on Saturday, diagnosed the problem, and said they would see about getting a replacement part on Monday when their suppliers opened. On Monday, he returned with the necessary part and now everything is working great.

Brandon is extremely friendly, very informative, and confidence-inspiring. I enjoyed chatting with him, and I came away from our two interactions knowing a lot more about how my system works. He seems to have a genuine joy in working with customers and addressing their concerns, including answering a ton of questions in my case.

Drew (the owner) has also been great.

Great experience using Alpine for the first time on a furnace in a home we recently moved into. Office staff and tech were both easy to work with. I definitely felt like I was treated honestly and fairly throughout. The furnace problem was quickly identified and the part ordered. My tech was also able to show me features about the furnace that I didn't know about and I thought that was very helpful. My follow up to install the broken part was scheduled for the next day. I opted to have a new thermostat installed as well. Perfect knowledgeable, courteous service - right on price - and my home is warm again! I plan to be a long time customer - thank you for a job well done!

Alpine came to my house per my contractor's request to vent a range hood. The technicians that came to the job site repeatedly came to me with questions after I directed them to talk to the contractor, who was on site at the time. My contractor told me that they behaved in an unprofessional manner with them and pointed out that the vent they installed was not plumb. To make things worse, the contractor I worked with notified me that Alpine's office staff became difficult with him after he directly reported his concerns he experienced on the job site.
