I have been impressed with Alpine's service. They did a great job installing my ductless heat pump and even located it where I wanted it so that it can heat the whole house. They've done an excellent job in yearly maintenance. Today Brandon, the Alpine technician, who was professional and polite, went above and beyond and gave my unit a deep clean at no extra cost. Thank you very much.

This service call was a disaster. I contacted Alpine to check out a squeaking noise coming from furnace blower. The technician immediately jumped into testing electronic circuits regardless of the many times I asked him to focus his time on finding a mechanical squeak. He even went to our backyard and tested electronic connections in the AC heat pump. Finally he let us know that our furnace had a broken circuit board that needed to be replaced ($395). The furnace, now completely disabled, was fully functional up to the time this “technician” arrived. With extreme frustration and dismay we authorized purchase of the new circuit board AND cancelled travel reservations for a 5-day Christmas holiday vacation. A different technician arrived the following evening with the replacement circuit board. Prior to removing the “broken” circuit board he did a quick check on the electric system. To my surprise he discovered that a fuse protecting the original circuit board had been removed, shutting off the electric feed to and disabling the circuit board. The second technician was gracious and apologized for this ridiculous issue. He could not explain what might have happened to the fuse but, to no surprise, when he installed a new fuse the furnace fired up and has run perfectly to this day. He also found that the front door to the furnace was missing a locking thumb screw and it turns out that that was the origin of the squeak! Afterwards I contacted an admin person at Alpine, explained the situation and asked to have the $125 for the service call refunded. She later called me back and stated that the owner refused the refund request. So that just added insult to injury. If anything goes wrong, this company and it’s owner will not have your back as a customer. Beware using this company!!

I was really impressed by the customer service I received at Alpine Heating and Air while getting a bid for a ductless system. Lucas Ferguson did a great job explaining what the process would entail and answered my questions in a thoughtful and professional way. He also walked me through how to take advantage of credits and rebates during the process and got the proposal to me before he left. Great service!

Casey was very professional and honest. He did a great job, and really took time to check everything over. He also took time to make sure my dog was comfortable, and explain things to me. I didn’t feel like he was in a rush to get to the next house, and made sure he did all he could for me. I will definitely use Alpine again.

I like to start by saying that Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning is a wonderful company with great employees! When Drew came out to give me an estimate I felt like he was an old friend, he made sure I had all the info that I needed. They installed a ductless heat pump in the fall of 2017. Sean was very friendly and courteous. He answered all my questions, and had lots of knowledge of the equipment. I just had my first service provided by Brandon, and he was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He checked out all the equipment in side and out. I was so impressed with the how everyone has been so nice. I will surely recommend them to others. ( I’ve already recommended them to my son and his girlfriend, and they also went with them.) Installation went well for new AC/gas furnace. Nice install folks. They really made the cement slab level and look nice with gravel. However, they couldn’t get the new upstairs wireless thermostat to pair with the new downstairs thermostat system (their installation for both). They sent a technician out the next day which was nice that we didn’t have to wait. The second technician couldn’t figure it out. Asked me for the manual to read. Then asked if we had different batteries to try in case they were dead. Gave him those. After 1.5 hours, he said that they would have to send another technician out. I called to set that up. They should be here later today. Will update score and text with results of this next visit. The next tech couldn’t figure it out, so another tech was sent a few days later (only because I was leaving town for a few days) . This tech let me know that the incorrect second thermostat was installed upstairs, so he quickly swapped that out and it paired correctly.

These guys are great! They did a great job. They called everyday to let me know they were on their way. They cleaned up after each day of work which is a plus. They took care of all the paperwork and also took care of all factory rebates. If you want good work at a great price call Alpine NOW.

Alpine was a really great company to work with. They were quick to come out and give us a quote for the work. Their quote was very reasonable and less than a lot of other companies around town. When they came out to do the work, they were thorough and professional. They also walked us thru how to use everything and what to do if there was a problem. Highly recommend!
