The tech was right on time, diagnosed the issues I had with my heat pump, fixed them within a short period of time and was so professional. I was truly impressed with them.

Normally I never post a complaint, nor rarely return anything I purchase. When you pay thousands of dollars and trust the installation has been proper and complete one should not have to complain. I do! Here is my story. I purchased the HVAC system and was satisfied with both the two young men who installed the machine and the salesperson. After the installation was completed, I was given two Operation Manuals. The young men left but, not before confirming the crash post was omitted from the installation would be done today. One week later. I was Okay with that for me was not a big issue.
The day after installation I went out to smoke and saw a fairly large pool of frozen water (pictures sent to the salesperson). I called and was scheduled an appointment for later the same day. I was sent an email confirming my appointment unlike today’s appointment for tonight from 4-6 PM (at this writing no one has called or showed up) I was not that I have seen. Back to the frozen water. After scheduling the appointment Mr. D called and did not want to go all the way out there(here) for something simple. He determined the drain kit was not installed and would be done today when the installed the crash post. I was not happy with his answer but accepted it. What really frosted me was that I was told to use my towels or cardboard to absorb the water. I have been using my cat litter to absorb the water to lessen the impact of the frozen water in the Car Port. It’s now 6:10 as stated no one called or showed up to install the drain kit that should have been done last week. If it is not the drain kit. Then what is it? I hope the owner reads this I would like to know why no one showed up, called or even an email to follow up or confirm the appointment. When I called yesterday was told about when they would be here. I left as I had to go into town. Reason I called was no one had called me for follow up. I checked my emails when I got home, and my gut feeling proved right!!! No one showed up!! Now I am back to keep using my cat’s litter to absorb the water as it thaws. It's now 6:34PM

Just had an entire system put in with in a week it stopped working. Brandon a technician has been out to trouble shoot this Bosch HVAC. He listened to my frustration. Very profesional detail oriented and reassuring. Great guy.

$900 in assessment of problem for 2 units is excessive. First visit was to assess how to troubleshoot. Second visit was actual troubleshooting. Then the fix was an additional $3200 to replace 2 mini-split heads. I called in another company and got me up and running for $1500 total by replacing the two coils. His quote for replacing the two heads was $2400, not $3200.

I have worked with a lot of professional companies over the years and your pricing is out of line.

Recently, I visited Alpine HVAC facility in Eugene located on West 11th Street.
What a nice surprise to meet with some of the staff; they’re all very friendly and knowledgeable.
I put them on the “spot” with very vague questions about repairs and replacement of our HVAC system. As a team they have the knowledge and expertise to do the job. They are up front and kind, though honest about answering questions; they have my confidence and trust to do the job correctly.
