We had a new HVAC system installed about a year ago. After a few months I started noticing our natural gas bill was higher than it'd ever been and also started smelling something coming up through the vents into the house. My husbands nose isn't very good so when I'd mention smelling something off he said he couldn't smell anything. In the last couple of months the smell got so bad in the guest bathroom I was keeping the door shut with the fan on but a few days ago I woke up to the smell in our bedroom and I went and shut down the vents in the house. Thankfully we had previously scheduled our yearly maintenance with Alpine and my husband asked the tech to check for leaks when he showed up. My husband said the gas detector was going crazy and he realized the heater has been leaking all this time. My husband called the Manager and there was no apology, no offer for the filter replacement, nothing. We're thankful the Tech figured out the problem and is fixing it. Side note, we're actually being charged for the filter replacement after finding out their shoddy installation could have killed us in our sleep. I'd recommend this knowledgable employee but not the company.

Our mini split went out, I had a small business owner come out and look at it. He couldn’t figure out the issue with the mini split and recommended that I get a second opinion. I called alpine and they got me on the schedule within a day of me calling. The tech, Brandon, came out and was very friendly and competent. He quickly found a blown fuse that would have been easily looked over. Through his quick diagnostic, we were able to get the mini split running fast, I’m very thankful. Great job, company and service. I highly recommend

All went quite well. At first I couldn’t connect to my Nest thermostat but a couple days later it suddenly started connecting. Not sure what happened there but it does seem to be working now and the temperature in the house seems to be maintained much better than under the old system - both for heat and today the AC has kicked in and is working much better than the old tired system. Delighted with the results.
Sorry I did not catch the email bill you sent me but after receiving a call from your office I put a Cheque for the entire amount in the post yesterday. You should receive it soon.
Again, delighted with the work done and doubly delighted with the installers you sent here; they not only were able to explain to me how the new installations work but also why they work better. I’m finding I really don’t need to be constantly adjusting the thermostat like I was doing with the old equipment.
Also the guys who worked here on the installation were just very nice guys and I come away feeling very good about it all. (Which is not always the way I feel after spending that amount of money😬). But the results have made me glad I had it replaced rather than repaired.

First off I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness of the team. I never once had an issue getting information and I was always informed on the progress at every step. The installing team was respectful and flexible working around my schedule and two large dogs. They also went above and beyond to update a few extra things that had nothing to do with the installation process. Not only that but they were quick and efficient getting done earlier than planned.Every person from this company was a pleasure to talk to and something that I thought would be stress inducing became so much easier with their help. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Alpine heating and air and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Our technician Tim Anderson was extremely friendly & knowledgeable and had our hvac system up & running again in no time! I was shocked how quickly our issue was resolved! Normally I have severe anxiety around people I don’t know, especially if they’re coming to my house for repairs etc but he was very professional and pleasant, I didn’t even have any anxiety or worries. Highly recommend this company and our technician Tim 😊

We recently had a complete install of a ducted heat pump by Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning, and without a doubt it was one of the best investments we could have made in our home. (And when I say complete, it was complete! We had to have duct work put in, a furnace, the compressor, the whole system!) We felt confident making this investment with Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning because every experience we had interacting with their team was above and beyond. They answered our many questions, walked us through the process, provided options to meet our needs (especially with the funky layout of our house), got our service scheduled and completed quickly, and used high quality products. We had a few days when we thought that we had to deviate from our original proposal due to the space in our attic and the owner of the company personally came out to look at our options. He found a way to make it work.
As a woman, I pay attention to when service providers talk to me or my husband. Everyone that came out to our house talked to both of us equally and checked in with both of us to make sure we were happy and had our questions answered.
Even though our service has recently been completed, I have already recommend Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning to my friends and family.
10/10 - Would choose again without a second thought!

We had our entire heating and air conditioning system replaced by Alpine
Heating and Air Conditioning about 9 months ago (in 2022). We paid over $13,000 to have it done which we continue to make $300/month paymemts on. Initially, the gentleman was very professional and our experience was good however less than a month after the entire system was replaced the AC stopped working during the hottest part of the summer. It was disappointing how long it took them to come evaluate what the problem was and then it took several weeks for them to get the parts to fix it. They have an after hours/emergency number but even in the hottest part of summer (with multiple small children in the home and an 8 month pregnant woman) it is not considered an emergency and they call you back during the work week business hours and schedule an appointment for their next available. Yesterday we returned home after a long weekend and for the second time since installation about 9 months ago our air conditioning system is not working. Again, we’re waiting in a hot house for Alpine to send someone over when they are available to diagnose the problem. Our experience has been frustrating to say the least and would looking into other heating and A/C companies. Interestingly, after I posted this (which I hardly ever post reviews) I see my husband posted an excellent review however that was before many hot nights of poor sleep and frustration about it breaking down.

We have had all great experiences with the people from this company. The unit that was installed was wonderful - and saved us from a dreadfully hot summer, just in the knick of time. When we got the recommend maintenance, they found an issue. They were able to fix the issue promptly (within 1 week) but we still had the same problem months later. When Brandon came out, he fixed the problem on the spot (within 2 hours) and they didn't charge us! I feel so relieved. He was super friendly, loved our dog and gave us a great recommendation for a new dog park that is our new fav. We are glad we chose Alpine, thank you guys!
