Great team effort!

Priority One just installed our ductless system. It works great and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. The salesman Phillip did an excellent job explaining the units to us and what the capabilities were in realistic terms. He told us what could and couldn’t be done which we appreciated. The pricing was very competitive and fair. Install was a breeze. The crew showed up on time, they were extremely polite even going as far to ask us if the noise was okay before they did something that they knew would make a lot of noise, since we were working from home. They did great work, everything is clean and tidy after. No messes left behind. The Mitsubishi unit is very quiet and we 100% feel like we made the right choice, which is a good feeling after a large purchase like this.

My heat pump went out over the weekend during the hottest May I’ve ever experienced in Oregon. I called a few places and appointments were pushed out a week. I called Priority One, the after hours service call was less than another company’s service call during regular hours. They were able to get me in the next day. The service technician was thorough and on time. He answered my questions and was able to fix my heat pump. My house feels cool again and I appreciate the service I received today.

Eric was great. He was ahead of schedule so called to see if he could come early. He answered our questions and gave quotes on items we are interested at getting taken care of soon.

Had a great experience with Priority One. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue quickly. I was given a clear breakdown of costs prior to repairs being made. Everything is working great now. I will be using this company again.

Second time using priority one. Only had to wait a couple days to get someone out work on my AC. The person was professional, polite and did a great job with service. Provide different estimates options that are affordable, every step of the way in the repair. Would highly recommend

System is brand new, installed this morning. The techs were very efficient, fast, and friendly. Work is clean and level. Looks great. As long as no issues arise we are very satisfied customers. Would definitely recommend.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The service men were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I will refer family, neighbors and friends.

Everyone was so nice and patient with us! They put our 3-headed system in in one day! They also walked through us how everything worked. Communication was great they would give us a 15-20 min notice on when they were coming and when they were almost finished. Thank you everyone at priority one for helping us with this project you really made it easy!!!
