The serviceman, Tim, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, clean, offered some tips on filters, explained what he did with pictures, overall a great representative of Priority One.

Eric was the technician and he seemed very knowledgeable, pointed out other issues he found and explained what had likely happened to cause our system to malfunction. He offered to also speak further with my husband about some possible solutions later in the day. Very happy with their service and knowledge

My wife and I used Priority One to have a 4 zone ductless heat pump system installed in our house. We chose Priority One based on the price and quality of the products offered. They were able to get an installation appointment scheduled a week after our initial consultation with Jason. Starting with the initial phone call all the way to the crew giving a walkthrough of our newly installed system, everyone has been very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient.
