Tech Kevin was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Appreciated the rapid response to repair our heating system during a cold snap! The company who installed our system could not respond for 8 days…Priority One came out the same day I called. We will continue to use Priority One!!

Dave Fry was the technician who repaired our gas furnace. He was excellent - knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and a very good guy. We'd love to have him here every time!

Eric arrived on time. He was straight forward and honest. No scam issues like Comfort Flow and Heating. He gave it to me straight concerning the issues with our heater and fixed it in a quick manner. We would use them again!

I scheduled maintainance service two months ago. I got a text to verify the date and time five days prior. Eric called the morning of the appointment to verify, also. He arrived on time. He was thorough, prompt and informative about his work, future needs of my HVAC system, and was clean and orderly. 5 stars for Eric, Priority One and all of the caring service they have done for me over the past four years.

Michael, the employee, did an excellent job performing regular maintenance as well as troubleshooting and repairing a leak we were unaware of. I recommend Priority One. They have always been good to us.

Eric showed up within the window I was scheduled for and called 15 minutes before arrival. When he got there he looked at everything that needed to be serviced and made a few recommendations that actually ended up saving me money.

I had purchased the home recently and was unfamiliar with the system, he showed me regular maintenance I could do to maintain the system and how to properly use it to be most efficient.

Andy and Olé were FANTASTIC. They were fast, communicative, and professional the entire time. They walked me through set up and my thermostat and even set a reminder on my thermostat to change the filter every 3 Months!! This was cost effective and professional.

Just had my yearly maintenance and the technician was prompt and professional! I feel terrible that I didn’t catch his name but he went the extra mile to explain the maintenance checks he did and even fixed the screen on the filter holder! I will always recommend Priority one because they just have the best service!

Just had my second year maintanence and Clarke was fantastic! He was polite and professional, and he arrived on time and worked efficiently. He explained all the checks he did on my system and answered my questions thoroughly. He was even very patient with my cat Fraiser who needed to involved at every step. Thank you Clarke!
