I called to ask about a general check up and service for my HVAC system. They had an opening the following morning, and their technician showed up slightly before the appointment time. He went through the system and explained his findings. He then offered annual service and duct cleaning.

Hunter the technician arrived early and inspected our heating and AC system. He communicated all if his findings and was excellent in explaining what he found. Excellently tech. I would highly recommend.

Eric arrived promptly and did a thorough job of checking out the furnace. He concluded that the furnace was fine, and that the issue involved airflow restriction at the heating vents and some of the rooms. After opening those vents, the furnace appears to be functioning as expected.
Erik was polite and efficient, answered all my questions, and explained some of the technical aspects of his troubleshooting approach in a way that I could understand.

Friendly, professional and on-time. He called 10 minutes earlier to say he was on his way. For the 5 years Priority One has been doing maintenance, I've had no repairs, just maintenance.

I have a return chase in the wall that was pulling in air from the attic and crawlspace into our HVAC and living space. I wanted to find someone to prevent bad air from entering our house. On the advice of a coworker, I first contacted another heating company that charged me $150 to come to look at it, took a week to get back to me with an estimate. They told me that because of the tight space they could add new ductwork into the chase and all they would do was putty around the edges that they could reach inside the chamber to help seal it. That sounded like a poor solution to me. I then contacted Priority One who sent their most experienced technician, Michael Villalobos, out to assess my problem. He figured out how to build a custom return vent so that he could fit ductwork into the tight space and get my system sealed and running clean. I wish that I had contacted Priority One first.
