Hunter called 2 hours before scheduled appointment to say there was a cancellation and he could come earlier if I was available, no pressure. I was happy to have him come early and he was professional, kind, and friendly. He explained what he was doing and was clear in his assessment of our system. As usual, we love using Priority One for maintenance and peace of mind.

Our tech, Clark, arrived early. He did a thorough check of my units and explained everything to me at the end. He had pictures and gave me information about my hvac that I didn’t know. He was friendly and professional and it was a great experience.

Eric was prompt, called to ask if he could come earlier than my appointment window! Got right to work, found the problem with my a/c and fixed it quickly. Even with speaking to me at length and upselling me on a service club membership, he was here for less than an hour. I’m very pleased with Eric and the service he provided.

From my initial call to schedule an appointment for a new heat pump they were quick to answer and respond. I was regularly informed on all progress. Their pricing was very fair and explained in detail. Everyone I interacted with was polite and informative. They always called prior to the appointment times to confirm their arrival. We had our ac/heat pump installed by Priority One about 5 years ago. They come out and do scheduled maintenance twice a year. They are always professional, friendly, and even forgiving... I accidentally locked one of the service guys in my backyard. He had to climb over our fence to get out. Whoops! 😬 I am very happy with our choice to go with Priority One.
