Technician arrived on time and performed the expected services: inspecting, cleaning, changed filter. He kept us informed of the condition of our system. He was friendly and professional. We are very happy with Priority One!

The crew Michael and Ronin had a very difficult job re-ducting all heat registers from a very small crawl space. Although the task was difficult they completed all work with precision and grace. They never complained and worked diligently to get heat back into our home. A duct cleaning and furnace service was also completed. The guy that came out to fix our thermostat was amazing to work with. He was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain our options and to recommend the best ways to keep our system functioning over time. We were stressed about our situation and he handled everything with grace and care. Priority One was open and had a technician available on a Saturday. He returned my call promptly after it was placed to their headquarters.
We had a thermostat that went dead in a 1.5 year old home. I knew there was some issue with the furnace, as it was t able to communicate with our thermostat.
Come to find out the condensation drain was plugged, causing the home thermostat to go dormant, entire power was cut.
The reason why the condensation tube plugged was because the furnace installers left a piece of cardboard internally.
This piece of cardboard was smoldering in the gas furnace for the last 1.5 years. We are lucky our home is still standing and hadn’t had a furnace fire. The ash from the cardboard is what prompted the condensation tube to clog and our entire HVAC system to temporarily shut down.

I am very happy with my ductless heat/AC units. They run well and am happy with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff. Would recommend them to anyone looking for these kinds of systems.
