They are the absolute best! We have an old boiler system and the company we use to work with would take forever to diagnose and fix issues. These guys came in, took a look at the system and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right there. When we have boiler issues this is the first call I make, they are always quick to respond and make the repair process quick and painless. 10/10 highly recommend!

So when I had ductless ac put in , naturally I called Damien. I’m new to the Midwest and Damien responds quickly to my calls as I learn to adjust to the weather here.

My boiler heating system quit working on a Sunday morning at 1:00 am . I called Damien on Sunday and he answered my call. I described the problem and he said he would be out on Monday to fix it. He showed up on time and had my boiler up and running in a hour . I have also called him about a tankless water heater problem and instead of just coming out and charging me a fortune he walked me through the problem on the phone and I had it fixed in 10 minutes no charge. He always answers your call and it the best contractor I have ever worked with. BTW he installed my new propane boiler onto a old wood boiler system and did a great job . The other contractors I called didn’t even want to try. That was three years ago. Thanks for your help Damien.

We hired Damien to install a replacement for our hot water boiler, which is responsible not only for our domestic hot water, but also our radiant floor loop as well. He is knowledgable, friendly and efficient. He installed our new system in the spring of 2020, and it has worked beautifully ever since.

Excellent and experienced service. So glad we called Oregon Hydronics. We had called several other heating companies to help with repairing our boiler, but Damien at Oregon Hydronics was the only person who know exactly what I had without even seeing it, walked me through getting him info over the phone, and he was able to source a part for our 1979 unit. Installation was quick and on time after our part was received. So grateful to have worked with him and keep our older unit going.

When our 40 year old boiler died during a cold snap in late February, I was distressed for a lot of reasons. I knew it needed to be replaced and that was going to be costly. I knew it was going to take a long time. And I doubted that I would find someone that I could really trust to help us resolve this crisis.
I was wrong on all counts (except that it needed replacing). Damien Pemberton and Oregon Hydronics Heating and Air exceeded my wildest expectations.
I had already received several bids that had confirmed my expectations… the best one took two days to get someone to come out to bid and another day to get the bid. It was going to be expensive, and the project was going to take a “week or so” before it would be added to the schedule. Disheartened, I called Oregon Hydronics on Friday afternoon seeking another option. I am super happy that I did. Damien was at the house in two hours. He had the bid by the end of the day. The price was 30% lower (a savings of almost $4,000) and he said he could start on Tuesday and it would be done on Wednesday. My wife was concerned that the lower bid might mean we would get a less effective system. She reviewed the bid and had 8 questions. She called Damien and he calmed all of our concerns. We signed the contract.
Work was scheduled to begin on Tuesday at 8:30. Damien and crew were here at 8:15. They were very friendly. Very professional. And very fast. They were finished by mid-afternoon on Wednesday. The installation is really pretty and of the highest quality. Best of all, we were warm Wednesday afternoon.
We could not be more satisfied. Not only did we get a rapid response, we got an excellent system at a very fair price. But most of all, I love that we trusted Oregon Hydronics and they earned both our respect and justified our trust.

We hired Oregon Hydronics to replace the 20 year old electric boiler in our radiant floor heating system. Their installers were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and we are very pleased with our new system!

With summer approaching we decided to get ductless heating for our offices, I'm glad we talked to Damian about this.
