Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had a issue with the heat pump running longer than normal and icing up last summer, well james heating and air could not solve the issue and not return our phone calls back, so we called alpine heating and air and they found the problem, had to replace the compressor contactor, heat pump running normal now, micheal did a good job finding the problem, I would highly recommend alpine heating and air for any work on your heating and air system, I will use them for any future problems and maintenance, 5 stars all the way

Since I am a shopper and like to get the best product for the best price and comparable equipment to other HVAC companies. Alpine not only exceeded the price but also I got better equipment. Since I was a no heat during winter I did have to wait but they got me in faster than the other companies and also loaned me some plug in heaters. They showed up on time and completed the work in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service and product.

Alpine Heating's Brandon Franks (who was on call) did an excellent job getting my new ducted heat pump up and running over the weekend. He went out of his way to get me air conditioning for the expected high temperatures. He was professional, and diligent. I am part of a family business and can say from experience, he is an excellent employee. We are looking forward to Alpine completing the installation, but I truly appreciate that I have air conditioning for the hot temperatures expected in the interim.

We have had two service calls since installing our new system in April, a bit disappointing, but response has been very good.
