Had awesome service, couldn't be happier with how fast was able to get all new unit installed every where els was booked months out pricing was also amazing, will for sure recommend alpine to any one I know needs new heat pumps or service done couldn't ask for better service

We had an excellent experience utilizing Alpine H&A/C. We recently moved from central Oregon to the Creswell area and had Alpine come and check out our system. Brandon was our technician and felt he was extremely competent with our entire heating/cooling system (which turns out to be quite complex). He not only fixed several things, he cleaned everything and finally educated us on our system. We felt Brandon went above and beyond the scope of his duties and really cares about the work he puts out there. We will be requesting Brandon, specifically, next time we need anything done to our heating/cooling system.

Drew discovered our problem quickly, took pictures to show us, explained why the heat wasn’t flowing properly and fixed it in short order. He was friendly and fun to talk to. Will definitely call Alpine next time we need heating/AC work done.

I had maintenance done on both of my ductless units. I originally planned to have them deep clean the one unit because I believed I had mold growing. They found that it wasn't mold but only dust and they didn't need to deep clean it, saving me money. I'm very pleased with their services. I will certainly use them in the future.

He arrived on time fixed the problem quickly and even took the time to answer questions and explain some basics about our system so we had a better understanding of how it worked and how to take care of it. After a horrible experience with another company I will call Alpine first from now on.

A clamp was removed from the gas pipe, the inspector needed me to replace it and take a photo and send it to her for approval. The traction went through Costco, the invoice showed a “Costco Shop Card” for $655, how do I get that?

The person was nice and enjoyed explaining what he was seeing. I was very happy with Beemers so didn’t know how it would go. I usually have my maintenance in the spring so will do that again so I won’t get in the list for people who are having trouble so my appointment had to get moved. Also, I was told that it was too cold to get the work done the people from Beemers did on my air conditioning so I will need to get that done next time.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days despite the heatwave! Brandon arrived on time, was courteous and personable; he diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement part and said he would do his best to have it installed next week. He also replaced my old filter, and advised me on better options ("greener" and longer-lasting) when purchasing future filters. Great job!

Alpine heating & air conditioning are good people serving our community. Everyone’s busy in the housing industry, booked out for months, yet when we had an urgent need to have someone remove ducting so plumbers could fix a serious problem, they said yes and fit us in and took care of us twice throughout the repair. And their staff are friendly and professional. Quality work, quality people. Can’t say enough good.
