Called last week to schedule and were relatively available given the time year. The lady at the office was extremely pleasant and personable to speak to. Brandon was our field technician and he did an amazing job. Very friendly and thorough! Our AC is back on and with notes on why it might have issues at a later point! Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone, and this was in Cottage Grove so they do service up here 😊

Alpine responded swiftly, analyzed my AC system and ordered a replacement blower. The repair was done by Brandon who helped me locate a clogged drain, installed the blower swiftly, putting us operational during a heat rise. The office staff kept us informed and we're helpful and friendly. They are my "go-to" company that I recommend to my friends.

This time Alpine's technician Brandon performed the yearly maintenance for the six gas furnaces in four of our school buildings. During his work he discovered several problems in our ducting systems, fixed them, and solved a puzzling airflow problem in one of our buildings, by just having an open mind and good observation. I had this company in the last six years install four new furnaces in our school. And they always did a great job.

Our previous system was kind of a lemon and broken down every year. We decided to go ahead and invest in a whole new HVAC system. Alpine was very responsive and worked with our utility company to help us get zero interest financing. The installation team was very professional and everything was completed on time. We are very happy with the new system and are looking forward to a cozy winter

They were great. I especially appreciate Tom Davis for helping me out when the system needed adjustment. There were some issues at the end and Alpine was very quick to address them, so that the installation could be completed, with everything perfect.
Drew was helpful, as was Cody in handling the paperwork regarding Energy Trust, and passing inspection.

Had Alpine come in because gas furnace was making unusual noises and temp sets seem not to follow thermostat settings. Tech quickly found hose break for barometric sensor. Fixed that and noise went away. Thanks Alpine!

4 stars bc i reserve 5 stars for a company that is nearly flawless, in other words I reserve 5 for a very high standard.
This said I don't give 4 stars easily either.
Alpine installed a new gas furnace and A/C unit. Price was very good for the 93% efficient Lennox system. Installers were professional and knowledgeable. It took 2 days to complete just like they said. The only down side was a few people in office seemed a little scattered. One of them forgot an appt. As an example. Minor in comparison to other companies who charge way more, etc.
I think I saved $1-$2k.
I love my new system, fyi.
I would use them again.

We are a previous Beymers customer. This is one of my many rentals. The motor went out on the heat pump. They were professional and informative. I did make an error on payment and when I contacted them I was told that a refund could not be processed. Our business processes multiple credit card charges daily. Refunds are not easy but are possible.
