Greatest mainenance and cleaning service I have EVER received on my ductless heating and AC unit. (Compared to previous companies' technicians, it is clear I was being rolled by every other company hired in the past. They did basically nothing!) Brandon Franks' many years of experience was evident by the manner in which he deep cleaned every inch of the inside unit, disassembling and washing, and by the power washing of the exterior unit. Both appeared to be brand new when he was finished. I am extremely pleased and relieved to find an honest company and will be a faithful customer from here on out.

We moved into our brand new house but the heat pump had not been installed yet. When Alpine came and did the installation, the heat pump would freeze up frequently and our emergency heat would not work. Brandon from Alpine came to troubleshoot the issues and was able to find that the original controller board installed was bad and some of the installation had not been fully completed. He got things repaired so we would have heat but needed to return with a new board and to finish the installation. He made sure we got taken care of and things are working great now. I appreciate seeing employees taking ownership and responsibility for issues they find wrong and making sure they are cleared up and fixed. Thank you Brandon for taking care of us and getting our heat working properly!

Alpine serviced and eventually had to replace my broken heat pump. Over the course of multiple home visits and interactions with the office, every one of the 7 or more individuals that worked with us throughout the project was professional, helpful, and personable. Brandon Franks from Alpine came out to investigate a strange intermittent noise with my outdoor Lennox AC unit. He did a really thorough job of inspecting the unit, did some maintenance and cleaning. Checked the situation in the attic. Measured temps in various areas. I really appreciated that he spent the time to clearly communicate to me how the system should be working and the work he was doing. Was a pleasure to work with him.

I had a new Mitsubishi unit installed June 2020. I was replacing sheet rock around this time and Alpine worked with me to install the lines inside the wall before putting up the new sheet rock. This helped me to avoid having lines run down the outside of me home. The installers were very professional, showed up when promised and had great personalities. I had one issue later on and they sent out technician Brandon Franks to diagnose/repair. Brandon was very knowledgeable and has a fantastic personality. Truly a joy to work with. I have recommended this company to two of my friends who have subsequently purchased their services and will continue to recommend them.
