Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning

Our repair technician Brandon was on time and friendly. He quickly diagnosed and clearly explained our problem. He was able to replace the bad capacitor on the spot. He also cleaned our filters and showed us how to keep them clean. We were very satisfied with the service we received and how thoughtful and knowledgeable he was. We actually learned a lot about our system. Great guy!

The servicemen were responsive and professional. The communication from the office in terms of scheduling and payment was very efficient. The quality of the work was as expected without any glitches.

I had someone from Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning come out on an Emergency call, Easter Day. The technician fixed the issue. Between 1 and 2 months later our system stopped working again so we called Alpine back out again. The technician fixed the issue and said he added 1 or 2 pounds of refrigerant. The system stopped working 3 days later so we called out a competitor. Their technician showed me all of the fittings were loose, barely hand tight,l. He fixed the problem and the unit has been working better then ever. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning at this time.

Had a small issue with the outdoor unit. Alpine had Steve come out that same afternoon and get it fixed. Great fast service. I can whole heartedly recommend Apline Heating and A/C.

The crew that was here seemed to know their stuff, and I thought the workmanship was outstanding; A great improvement over what we had before.

I was very impressed with the technician Brandon. He’s #1! He installed a blower into my insert fireplace. He took the time to show me how to care and use the fire place. He took the time to clean the glass and paid close attention to the cleanliness of the unit inside and out. He was very informative and I learned quite a bit about the services and upgrades Alpine offers. It was an added bonus to laugh and talk as i felt very comfortable during the installation process. Brandon was wonderful company. I made a friend in the process. Thank you, Brandon!

Alpine was efficient, timely and had great communication. I would definitely use them in the future.

First I got a text with a picture of the tech guy coming out. He didn’t talk at all there was another tech with him that looked like he was in charge. This other tech guy was not very friendly like he didn’t want to be there in the first place. Second their office called to collect payment one day after invoice was emailed to me. The job was done a week to the dot when they contacted me for payment like I was passed due or something! I think I will be using another company from now on, as well as not recommending them to my future clients. I know they probably don’t care because everyone is busy and booked out right now with jobs. There will be a time when demand will slow down and lots of these companies will wish they treated the smaller companies a little better.
