Ultimate Comfort

You guys are hero’s! (A/C hero) I had the misfortune of my A/C going out again on the 1st hot day of the season. I knew ultimate Comfort must be beyond busy, however, I was treated as if I were a VIP. The unit is repaired and it took 2 trips and a part, but thankfully just before the 116 degree days. I will suggest they send out reminders to anyone and everyone to keep up on the maintenance and check the A/C BEFORE it’s really needed. Thanks everyone at Ultimate, I am very happy I had hired you for the original install. Nothings cheap, but we need the service. Thanks!!!!

Ultimate Comfort did a great job for us. Kristi in their office was extremely helpful in not only getting the work scheduled quickly, but also making sure that paperwork with the Energy Trust of Oregon was submitted maximizing the credits that were available. Customer Service was top notch in that they called prior to coming out, and made sure that we were happy with the installation during, and after the work was done.

My wife called them in the morning and a technician was at our house by 11am. He helped us make sure our Nest thermostat was properly and checked the gas furnace too. He gave us some great tips and recommendations for keeping the house at the right temperature. Great customer service and professionalism! My wife and I would recommend their services to our family and friends.

We had a great experience with Ralph and Dave, and highly recommend Ultimate Comfort. After a week of 90+ degree weather we decided to get an HVAC unit for our AC-ready home. In an effort to get it as speedily installed as possible, Ralph was enormously helpful over the phone and was able to come out for an estimate and then install two days later - on the Fourth of July. Yeah, these guys are awesome! They had it done in about 3 hours and it looks great and feels wonderful. We had many estimates done, and Ultimate Comfort was about half of what some of the other guys are charging. Overall, excellent. Thank you!

May 2,2020, Jack Allee, foreman and his crew Deyby & Julian did a fantastic job installing a 50 Gallon Rheem water heater in a very tight space. The job took 4.5 hours of constant work by this crew. My husband and I were there and applaud them for a job well done! I balked about the price a bit but after witnessing the install, my husband and I could see with Ultimate Comfort your getting quality & expertise work so it was well worth it!! Will definitely be calling Ultimate Comfort again for all our service needs. Very pleased!! Thank you !!👌🏼🌷

We had a new furnace and AC unit installed last year and we just had our free one-year AC checkup done. Excellent care by the technician, who was very thorough and showed us how to keep the unit cleaned out. Highly recommend Ultimate Comfort for your heating and AC needs

Derek was awesome in helping us get our furnace checked before selling our home. He was friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and was so respectful of our home (wore booties, used a drop cloth). I would recommend ultimate comfort to anyone needing HVAC services!

Ultimate Comforts prices beat all the major appliance stores that we had received quotes from. The AC Unit I had installed was comparable to the units offered by the other companies but the cost was much better. They showed up on time for our assessment appointment and I received a quote within a day that was tailored to my needs rather than over selling me on something that I didn't need. They coordinated with a great electrician to get some electrical work done that was necessary for the installation process. Ralph, the gentleman who spec'd the project for us was creative and suggested the perfect location for the AC Unit. They were able to fit us in within a week of signing paper work. The down payment was fair, the work was incredible. Within a week we had an awesome Air Conditioning Unit that works perfectly with our existing furnace and thermostat. It was just in time for a 99 degree day. I couldn't be more happy with the quality of service, product, and customer service.

The service provided by Ultimate Comfort is excellent. Both Dave and Ralph have been reliable, thorough in what they do and highly professional in all respects. They have come out not only to do a job, but most importantly, to establish a long term customer relationship; in my view, they have succeeded.

Certainly, I plan to continue calling on their technical expertise to support and maintain my property's heating unit. I highly recommend them.

We have used ultimate heating for several years now and I have never written a review but they deserve it. They are always on time professional and do a thorough job with maintenance and repairs in past. Good value and I feel they are a great honest local outfit.
