    Thank you William and Glenn! I have been recommending you all to friends since my experience with you because of your honesty and good work. My gas furnace went out in January. After another technician from a different company told me the whole unit needed to be replaced, I was searching for a second opinion as soon as possible. William was great and got me in the schedule later that evening. I was really pleased that Glenn was able to repair my unit. He had to dismantle the unit to get to the mother board, which the other technician did not bother doing. The problem ended up only being a fuse that burned out on the mother board - a $2 part. Appreciate you guys!

    Glen came out on short notice and helped us with a quick fix on a super cold day to get our furnace back up. We are so thankful for his quick turn around and support. Would definitely recommend giving Beaverton heating and cooling a call if you have heater/ furnace issues. We had a very good experience. Thank you Glen!

    My furnace broke when it was twenty degrees out. Of course. They came out the next day and got it running again as soon as possible. It needed parts. They were very helpful and professional. Something had been installed incorrectly by my previous company. They told me about it and scheduled a time to come back and fix that for me as well. Would totally recommend them to anyone for fast professional helpful service.

    Our AC unit broke on a day that was going to get up to 93°, which is really scary when you're home with a 4 month old and no family in the area. Thank GOODNESS for Glen, who came out the same day (every other place we called couldn't get to us for at least 2 weeks). He was very knowledgeable, let us know before he performed any costly services, and even showed us how to prevent similar problems in the future. Very much recommend him.

    Great experience, I would recommend this company to my friends and family. I called and got in touch with Jacob from Beaverton Heating and Cooling on a Monday morning, he was out at my property hours later to survey my unresponsive heat pump. He checked out my entire heat/pump and furnace situation over the phone with me while I was at my office. He was a straight shooter and gave me a couple options to fix my issues depending on how long I wanted to live in the home. I appreciated his honest and no nonsense candor. The news wasn't good, I needed to basically replace both my furnace and heat pump and it was going to cost me some serious coin. They located and brought out a new heat pump and furnace on Wednesday about 48 hours later. Glen worked from the afternoon well into the evening and didn't stop until the job was done; I could see by his handy work that he was a skilled journeyman. I had a great conversation with Glen in my driveway after the job was completed and I could sense his main goal is customer service and quality craftsmanship. This is a small company with guys who are trying to earn a decent living and grow business thru 1 quality interaction at a time. The fact that they helped me get everything taken care of in the middle of August on such quick notice was superb in my book. They also agreed to work with me on financing. Very satisfied customer!

    I called Beaverton Heating & Air Conditioning based, in large part, on their reviews. Only on the day of install did I realize they had either subcontracted the job to Right Now Home Services or they are operating under this name as a different license (they use the same address). It was a terrible experience start to finish. The tech arrived late, was incredibly rude, lied and took short cuts. Really kicking myself I didn’t realize something was up when he asked me for my copy of the original agreement. Turns out he never returned it to me. Why? Because it detailed our agreement that he didn’t uphold -but I only realized that after the fact. I also only realized after the fact that the company (Right Now Home Services) has (as of 12/7/21) unpaid civil penalties issued against it, including a new civil penalty order issued 12/6/21 for not obtaining a permit. Interesting given my expectation was they would be securing the permit for my furnace install. Yet they did not do so - and now they also have my original agreement given I wasn’t wise enough to demand it back when they requested it from me earlier during the install. Surely kicking myself now. Please don’t fall victim to this horrendous company. It’s worth the wait to receive service from a reputable company versus this one that “may be able to squeeze you in.”

    This company was amazing to work with from start to finish! I needed someone to service and clean my furnace and Jack made sure to go above and beyond to get a technition to my house the very next day. They were booked but made sure to work me into the schedule since the job needed to be completed as soon as possible. Glenn came out and did an amazing job, was very professional and friendly. The company worked with me on the price and made sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Beaverton Heating and Cooling!

    I woke up to find my furnace stopped working. It was freezing in the house and I had my girlfriend and her daughter over so I thought everyone was going to freeze. I called Beaverton Heating and Cooling and they were able to get an HVAC tech looking at the furnace within 2 hours that morning! Glen was our tech and he was excellent. He fixed the furnace quickly and had very good communication. I will highly recommend to family and friends. Thanks again Glen and to Beaverton Heating and Cooling for the excellent service.

    Jack and Glenn were great. My thermostat stopped working Thursday night, made a call Friday morning and they were onsite within 3 hours of my call. They were able to quickly identify the issue with my door switch on the furnace and performed an inspection of my furnace and air conditioner. Jack and Glenn were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and did not try to up sell. I will use them again when the time comes for a new furnace!

    Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. I have never experienced anyone in this industry as friendly and customer-focused as Jack is. I called on a Saturday morning to make an appointment because my furnace had been making a loud noise. I was expecting to be scheduled a ways out since it was not an urgent issue, but Jack said he could come the same day. He ended up arriving within 1.5 hours of my phone call...on a Saturday! We were not able to recreate the noise while he was here, but Jack still thoroughly looked over my unit. I fully expected to be charged for the service call and for his time. Jack said he would not charge me because he just wants to take care of his customers, despite him being here almost an hour trying to recreate the noise, talking to me about possible sources of the problem, as well as taking the time to also discuss an A/C issue I was having last summer. After being over-charged by other HVAC companies (also with far less superior customer service), this was shocking. Don't look anywhere else, you will not find better customer service than this. Thanks, Jack! You have definitely earned my business on any future heating/cooling service needs.
