I was very happy with their customer service, when calling they seem to know exactly what my concern with the central AC in my home was, just with my explanation. They said a service tech would call within 15 minutes, one who would be closest to my house. Glenn called and said he'd be over in a few minutes, if that worked with me, he was just finishing something up. He showed up and was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable in the AC Kenmore model I have. He switched out a piece and then hooked up garden hose and showed me how to hose off the unit, and told me not to fear hosing down the unit with water while going, as these are made to upstanding the weather elements. He then answered a question I had about the difference in temps from downstairs and up. All the while befriending my dog, Picco... whom know, is convinced that is his new best friend. He asked if I had any further questions and made sure I knew everything I'd need to about the upcoming summer months, changing of the filters, etc. etc. Thank you thank you Glenn, you not only dropped the temps in my house from a scorching 97, to a now 74, which is perfect for me, but my husband and two youngest adult kids, would love to see that thermostat sitting at a perfect 60* BRRRRRRRRR. If anyone we know is having thermostat issues, we will be sending them to Beaverton Heating and Cooling!!! Stay cool my friends!!! Yay for summer

William at Beaverton heating and cooling is personable and very knowledgeable and not to mention that he was out here the same day we called. On a Sunday!!! Our furnace had broken and we were without heat. He and beaverton heating and cooling were able to get us on the schedule the next day with our new furnace. Thanksgiving 2019 - We woke up to discover the turkey wasn't the only thing that was frozen! During the night our furnace had stopped working and with family coming over our holiday was iced! That's where Glen from Beaverton Heating and Cooling came to the rescue! He called us back promptly, arrived in less than a half hour, and with complete professionalism evaluated each aspect of our furnace to find the cause of the problem. He even took the time to straighten out the wiring which a previous technician had taped and was close to melting - potentially causing an electric shock.
Our goose was cooked but Glen and Beaverton Heating and Cooling saved the day. Now our turkey and out butts are roasty toasty this holiday weekend! Thank you so much! 🦃

I had an AC unit and coil installed by Beaverton Heating and Cooling. Glen Nelson and Jason were efficient and thorough. They explained what they were doing and were honest and upfront with the costs and what I could expect from the new equipment. Excellent service and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for this work to be done.

Great Service! When my A/C stopped working, they got a technician in contact with me right away. The technician worked with my schedule and was even able to fix the A/C while I was away at work. Came home to a cool house - Highly recommend.

Glen came out on a Saturday to look at my gas fireplace. He was conscientious and took the time to determine the actual cause of the gas fireplace not lighting, and the fan not working. When we first brought the house we had someone come out to look at it and were told we needed a new fireplace fan. Glen determined it had just not been set up correctly, saving me a lot of money, and determined the cause of the fireplace not lighting.

Glen from Beaverton Heating & Cooling is awesome!! Our oil furnace had been having problems for a number of days leaving my family without heat in our home. Multiple heating repair technicians from other companies had looked at it and had not been able to fix it. Glen, recognized our problem immediately and was able to repair it in an hour.. I called at 9:30 on a Friday morning and the technician arrived within 2 hours as predicted during the call. He was courteous, professional and to the point.
