Glen was great!!! Gave them a call around noon about my furnace. He was able to be here at 3pm the same day. Was able to fix the problem in a quick manner. Glen was very polite and informative about what happened. I have and old furnace (1988) and I plan on having them replace it in the near future. Thanks Guys

Great and prompt service. Our A/C went out on a Saturday at 4 PM and within 30 minutes we had a call back with Glenn and he was on his way to come take a look at our problem. He provided an honest and efficient evaluation, told us what our options were and didn't try to sell us a unit that was oversized (overpriced) for our needs. Highly recommend them for any furnace/AC projects you have. We will be using them for any future maintenance needs!

They guys from Beaverton Heating and Cooling were able to accommodate my busy work schedule and come during the evening, the same day I called when my heater went out during a very cold snap. They determined that I needed a new heater and were able to come back later that night and install the unit (working until almost midnight to get the job done). William was very nice and easy to work with. Very happy with the service experience.

This company was the third company that I called after our furnace went out before what we thought was about to be a major snowstorm. They were the only ones that made it a priority to get to my home within an hour or two to see what was going on. We ended up having to get a new furnace after they tried several options. The next morning Glen showed up and stayed out in the garage during the snow to install a new furnace and got it done as fast as he could. Jack and Glen were amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. I appreciate their friendly manner and fantastic work ethic. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Our A/C went out during the hottest time of year. Of course it happened on a Friday afternoon when most places were closed. I called around on Saturday to a few place and was surprised when someone actually answered the phone at Beaverton Heating and Cooling. They had someone out to fix our A/C the next day (on a Sunday). The guys showed up in the afternoon on Sunday to replace our furnace. They ran in to some difficulties, but didn't leave until the job was done. They left our house at 11:20pm on a Sunday. We have two kids under 5, so A/C is critical for us in the 100 degree heat. We were very pleased with the service and the price was very fair. No emergency rates, or other added fees. They just did the job well and got our A/C working again within a day. I highly recommend them.

We had our furnace and AC replaced last summer by Beaverton Heating and Cooling. Our furnace was not working and Jack from Beaverton Heating and Cooling came out within hours of my service call. It is nice to know they stand behind their work. Jack was professional and friendly, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within five minutes. Thank you for the quick response and service.

Spoke to Jack to inspect my non-functioning furnace. Told him my assessment of furnace and to schedule time to do diagnostic. His schedule was booked and he would get back to me as soon as time opened up. Minutes later Jack called back stating he reserved a replacement unit ($800) and wanted to confirm I would purchase it before conducting a diagnostic. I requested he inspect my furnace and diagnose the problem before I would commit to $800 purchase.

Jack immediately got upset using irate tone, stating he was trying to save me time by purchasing replacement part before assessing the true problem. I couldn’t get one word in. Then Jack hung up the phone.

If there was a negative star rating, I'd give him lower than lowest rating. What a douche! Obviously he doesn't need the work. And has terrible customer service.

I called several places after my thermostat and furnace stopped working at the worst possible time on a Saturday night. These guys responded the fastest and got a crew to the house right away. Glen came out, replaced the thermostat and got the heat working in no time. They were more than reasonable and easy to work with, too.

Glen was fantastic! Our furnace stopped working late one evening. I called him and he mentioned that he could come to our house the following afternoon at 2pm. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue, very quickly, to be the connecting hose from the pressure switch to the blower. Following this we discovered that our thermostat (Nest 2nd Gen) wouldn't recognize the Rh wire (power) after being turned on from having been without power for the past 14 hours. After an hour of troubleshooting and trying various remedies, he installed a new thermostat (Nest E) of his own which worked instantly. I submitted a service ticket with Nest.

For the 2 hours or so that he spent fixing my problem, Glen did not accept any payment and only said to call him when Google/Nest replace my old thermostat to exchange it for the one he gave me.

This was exemplary service. Glen is very competent, personable (also great with dogs) and reasonable. I highly recommend his services.

Our 20 plus year furnace and A/C unit stopped working 5 days ago, another co. was not able to come out after promising they would for 2 days! I called Beaverton Heating and Cooling today on Saturday and they reassured me they would have someone contact me very soon! 30 min. later Glen called to let me know when he would be by and if it was later would call and keep me posted! Glen showed up at the time he said he would, he came fully prepared and calm as a cucumber, as he went about finding the problem and explaining everything ( and talking to my barking dog calmly) to us about our furnace and A/C unit! Thank you so much for your profesionslism, we will be purchasing our next furnace and heat pump from him!
