These guys were at my rental property within two hours of my initial call, diagnosed the problem and gave me several solutions. They were more than happy to overnight the parts to fix the old unit the next day. I ended up replacing the entire thing, but there was no hard sales pitch like I have experienced with other companies before. They did excellent work, even going so far as to fabricate a patch for a hole in the venting (AT NO CHARGE). My renters were very comfortable with the tech Glenn, and the communication was excellent. I would not hesitate to rehire or recommend these guys to friends!

Highly recommend Beaverton Heating and Cooling! Jack was able to come out the same day I called and was incredibly professional, kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and if we ever didn't understand he made sure to take the time and re-explain it until we felt comfortable. He was very thorough in inspecting our furnace and gave great advice. Can't say enough good things about the service we received!

Furnace started making noise thanksgiving night. Beaverton heating and cooling was the only place that answered my call on Friday. Jacob quickly got in touch with me and came out that day. Found the issue, gave me some options, and was able to come back on Sunday to install a new furnace. Jacob explained everything very well. I’m very satisfied with the quality and service.

Unethical company! Our AC unit was tripping the breaker. Called a few places and they were the first available and able to get to us the next day. They ran diagnostics and everything was in the normal range. We waited for the unit to trip the breaker (of course it didn’t). The Freon was a little low so that was topped off. 30 mins labor... 650$$$. Our bad for not getting an estimate up front. Never calling them again!

Follow up: the number you call gets forwarded to a company called Right Now Home Services. They will price gouge! I do not recommend calling!!!

Jack and Glenn are awesome. during the coldest week of the year, our old furnace ate it's fan, and was dead in the water. Glenn came out on a Friday, assessed the situation, and gave us really great information on what was our best option short and long term. He came back Saturday, and got a new furnace installed so that we had heat that very night. Not an easy install, but he worked around every obstacle, and was not going to leave until he had heat for us. I couldn't be more appreciative of the quality of their install, their attention to detail, and their depth of knowledge. They are the best!

My daughter called and spoke to with Jack the owner to get an estimate on having central a/c installed in an older home she bought about a year ago. He was super nice and not only listened to all my questions by had knowledgeable answers for them compared to the other hvac companies I had spoken to. He said he would have Glen come out and look at home to determine what would be best for us. Glen came right over and looked at what we had for a furnace and suggested we take advantage of a spring special they had going on for a new furnace and ac unit as a package deal. When she bought the house the home inspector told her the furnace was really old and although it was working fine she should expect to have to replace it within the next 3 months to 3 years. She wasn't sure about a heat pump but after doing some research on her own decided it made sense. She'd have the central a/c she wanted and wouldn't have to worry about replacing the furnace down the road. (No doubt in the middle of the night, on the coldest day of the year.) The estimate was a bit more than she'd expected but she was also getting way more than she expected. They were able to arrange financing that worked for her. They were here right on time this morning and are well into the install. They have been totally courteous, professional and willing to answer all of my questions as well. They've worked around our three boxers, being careful about opening the fence gate and garage and house doors to be sure the dogs didn't get loose. We anticipate having some major plumbing work done in the next couple of years and we will definitely call these guys. Kudos to Jack and Glen for going out of your way to help my daughter and I. You guys are simply the BEST!.

On the hottest day of the year (so far), our air conditioner completely died. I called 2 different companies and they told me that I could be put on a list about 10 days out. Not thinking we would do better than that, I was surprised when I called Right Now Home Services, also dba Beaverton Heating and Cooling. Glen told me that they would come out that evening.

Even though they had been putting in 16 hour days for several days in a row, Glen and Jack came by that evening. When I was told the air conditioner could not be repaired, I didn't doubt they were correct. Not only did I sense they were honest and trustworthy, I had been told 2 years ago by another repairman that both my furnace and air conditioner could go out at any time.

So I bought a new heat pump and furnace from them. They arrived 3 days later and worked until 10 that evening to get my new system in place and minimize my inconvenience. I felt we got a good price for a high quality system. And I felt that I did business with some good guys.

These guys are awesome! We had them do some AC work last summer and just had them out this morning to fix our furnace. I called last night around 6pm and Jack was here first thing this morning. He was quick, nice and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Our furnace went on the fritz in a cold snap. Glen Nelson quoted us a price to swap out the old furnace with a new furnace we already owned (we're remodeling/renovating). He arrived promptly as he said he would, did an awesome job removing the old furnace, adapting the current duct work and installing the new furnace. He is very professional, quick working and has an awesome personality. He also didn't come up with "it's going to cost more because...". He stayed with the quoted price. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied with Glen! Thank you so much for making us not only warmer but making our room renovation look a whole lot better with the way you installed the furnace. Seriously, we will call Glen for any future heating/cooling needs (and it won't be that far off because we are planning to install a heat pump this spring). Thank you so much, Glen!!

What a great outfit! Our heater quit and they were out within an hour to diagnose -
From there, we got lucky with parts and they had it fixed the following day.
I couldn't recommend more as they were quick, honest, friendly and the heat works!!
