    Wow -- I've never had such responsive service for furnace repair (or probably for anything else)! Our furnace went out -- of course, it was during a major cold snap, and it was after 5 when we realized the problem. The forecast predicted a low in the 20s that night! I found this company online and called, thinking I would leave a message and hopefully get service the next day -- but Jack answered the phone, and said he could come out the same night! They work until midnight, 7 days/week, and don't charge extra for "after hours" service! I was amazed -- that is how customer service should be, but this is the first repair company that's ever provided it. And when Jack came out, he diagnosed the problem right away, had all the parts he needed to repair it immediately, and even offered to look at our other furnaces just to be sure they were functioning properly. Hands down the best service and furnace repair EVER! After using a different (and well-known) local company for years -- but having to wait days for service -- I'm so glad I called Beaverton Heating and Cooling instead this time. They are the only ones I'll ever use from here on out.

    Not great. I scheduled a routine maintenance appointment for our furnace last Saturday afternoon. No show, no call. I later talked to the tech and they said they had been robbed and had to cancel all the appointments. That may be, but a cancelation generally implies a phone call to notify the customer that the appointment is actually, you know, cancelled.

    I learned that there was an extra fee for weekends/after hours. Cool, that's standard, but, once again, it would have been nice to know before the appointment was scheduled. Apparently the real dispatcher was off and someone was filling in. Stuff happens, but wouldn't it make sense to have a substitute dispatch that knew about basic fee structures?

    Everyone has their off days and I'm no exception. Regardless, this was not a great experience.

    Beaverton Heating and cooling dispatched Jacob to my house in SW Portland. He was there within 45 min of my initial call on one of the coldest days of the year. He explained everything clearly and was easy to communicate with. All in all a great experience. Thanks to Jacob and the Beaverton Heating and Cooling team for keeping us comfortable.

    I was looking for a fast response and couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the guys from Beaverton Heating and Cooling. They went through my old furnace and even tried to save me money. I opted for a new lennox and once installed found I couldn't be happier with my decision. The crew were honest and so easy to work with. I recommend them highly if you need an inspection or for an emergency. They also provide top of the line product.

    Willam Brown was excellent helping us with our fireplace. He worked until 8:30pm on a Friday night! He also provided me a great education on what appliances in my home need servicing and when to have servicing done. Very nice guy too!

    I called this company on Saturday around noon for urgent service when our old furnace stopped working and no heat. They promised to show up in 4 hours and arrived in 2 hours. That is outstanding service, especially on a weekend. They got our furnace running in 10 minutes for minimal service fee. Couldnt be happier. Great job and great service! Will call on them when we need a new furnace.

    Jack came out to troubleshoot our furnace that was recently serviced by his company on a previous day. He solved the problem with no hassle and was nice to deal with. We also had a sleeping baby that he was mindful of when he needed to attend to the thermostat. đź‘Ź

    Same day service and they did a great job in a difficult situation with a custom Install. Had furnace and AC unit replaced. Everything tested out the first time with no issues. They even had to clear some brush on the side of the house to get to the unit. Technicians were very nice, had a sense of humor and I felt that I could trust them. Glen and William were the technicians. Work looks great, works great and house is cool in better than half the time of my old unit.

    Our AC broke down on the hottest weekend of the year. Glen came right over. He was friendly, professional and fast. He diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and didn’t try to sell me anything. I will always call these guys for my HVAC needs.
