Glenn answered the service late into the evening and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the furnace problem to a bad contact of a wire inside the unit. Didn't make me replace any unnecessary parts and overcharged me. This is a business with integrity, which is quite rare in this type of industry.

Jack was great! I had an issue with my AC and he come over quickly and fixed my problem free of charge. He said he felt bad taking $ for such a small problem. Great service, great conversation, and I recommend Jack to anyone for a quality man doing quality work. Thank you Jack!!

Glen diagnosed my furnace fan and circuit board burned out. It explained why i smelled burnt metal in the vents, and the central air was not working. Glen came back with the parts the next day, since the store was closed the first day. He promptly switched out the parts. The process was quick and easy, and I was able to get my A/C back before the hot weekend forecast.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air during a heatwave. With a 2-week old newborn at home, the options to wait 2-3 days for a service technician were unrealistic. After getting ahold of Jack and Glen and explaining our situation, they made us their top priority and arrived in less than an hour (despite having a full work queue on their hands). This type of customer service is totally unprecedented and, as a result, we are now planning multiple upgrades to our HVAC service. Could not be more impressed.

Don’t waste your time or money. They installed our heating and when we needed to add cooling, they came and looked at the job and never got back to us. We called several times and were always told that they would call back with the estimate. 5 unreturned calls and 3 weeks later, we’re taking our current and future business elsewhere.

My AC stopped blowing and the air was warm the house was pushing 80 on a 97* day and since this had happened previously and it had needed the refigerant being charged. I called through a handful of companies and someone picked up and agreed to come out in the morning. This company loaded the unit and took my check and left by the end of the day we were pushing 80* again and it started short cycling (trying to turn on and would turn right back off) I called Beaverton Heating and cooling and explained my situation at 8am, by 11 Glen was at my house and had it hooked up to his guage. He explained that the previous company had over charged the unit and it was under extreme pressure. He started to empty the extra refrigerant and the unit Immediately settled down. He walked us through all the levels and found our exact units specs which he shared with me and adjusted everything to exactly where the manufacturer recommends. He explained everything and answered all of our MANY questions with knowledge and patience. I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of our tech. The price on a weekend where they squeezed us in on an already packed day was ridiculously affordable. My MIL recommended Beaverton Heating and cooling to us, they have used them for many years. We will not ever call anyone else from here on out. I recommend using them for your HVAC needs.

I understand that everyone's experience is different, but I've used Beaverton Heating and cooling several times now, with no issues at all. They were quick to respond, maintained their appointment promise. identified the issue, quoted me the price which I thought were fair, completed the work timely, and were on their way. William has been here twice and was very professional on both occasions. Would recommend them any time.
