Fantastic customer service from the first phone call to the completion of the service call!! Our service tech William, called to confirm his arrival time. Then kindly called again, to say he was ahead of schedule! He arrived, introduced himself and being the amazing tech he is, he fixed our furnace! The fee was reasonable, the service perfect and the experience top-notch!
Our furnace died the Friday afternoon before Christmas. When I called other furnace service companies, no one could work on our furnace until after Christmas, but customer service truly comes first for Beaverton Heating and Cooling! Extremely thankful for their incredible and professional service. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

6/20/2018 Glenn responded to my request and sent the tech over to repair the a/c issue I had at my rental property. I got some billing issue and Glenn was able to take care of it right away with great appreciation for the customer service and professional service.

Responded quickly and work on weekends to fit your tight schedule. Awesome.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor, Jack was an absolute rockstar and provided me the services I needed! I would highly recommend this company to anyone having heating issues, especially during the winter when it tends to get way colder!

They are open 7 days of week and we're very accommodating to my hectic schedule!

When he stated he would arrive, he was there on time. He ordered our part that we needed and had the furnace fixed in no time flat, and, at a reasonable price thank you Jack. It is a nightmare when you find after returning home from work that home heating is not working especially if it is one day before Thanksgiving. When other companies turned down any service till after Thanksgiving, Glen showed up within a few hour of my call. He is very knowledgeable and honest. He found the problem patiently troubleshooting and only replaced a small part which was causing the issue. Like other guy’s he did not try to sell me unnecessary parts. Thanks to Glen we are having a Thanksgiving dinner with heat. I highly recommend Beaverton Heating and cooling.

Our furnace was not working. Jacob came out and got it to work and also recommended some maintenance items for the future. He was easy to work with, and polite. He didn't even charge a fee. His advice was actually worth more than getting the furnace back up.

I called Beaverton Heating and Cooling in the morning and they sent out Glenn the same day!! Glenn quickly diagnosed our AC issue. He was so speedy and provided top notch customer service!!! He fixed our issue in 20 minutes and was on his way. I would call Glenn again in a hear beat!!!

The owner, Jack, made everything right after I had a bad experience with one of his employees and cleared up some confusion I had about his company. I told him about my experience with his employee, who no longer works for the company, and he assured me that was not his business model. I also shared with the only that I was very confused and skeptical about using the company because they go by 3 names - Beaverton Heating & Cooling, Right Now Heating & Cooling, and Right Now Home Services. For instance, I called Right Now Heating & Cooling, but the man who answered the phone said Beaverton Heating and Cooling. Then, when I went to pay for my new HVAC system the receipt slip said the company name was Right Now Home Services.

Jack, the owner, was sorry for the confusion and apologized for the bad experience I had with his former employee. Instead of leaving it at that, the owner came out to look at my installation to ensure everything was just right. He even replaced a part that was broken for free to make up for the previous service from his former employee.

The only caveat I can share is that I could tell that Jack was very disgruntled with his former employee and may have shared too much information. However, he is personable, honest, straight forward, and will give you more information about his services than you might ask for. You can tell Jack wants to do what's best for his customers.

All in all, I'm happy with the services provided, my unit is working great, I got a great deal on my HVAC system, and I live happily in a temperature controlled environment thanks to Jack and his company, Beaverton Heating & Cooling/Right Now Heating & Cooling/Right Now Home Services.

Beaverton Heating and Air Conditioning was on time, kind, and fixed our furnace in no time. I would use this company anytime we need work on our furnace. They came the same day as we called. Very professional at a great price.
