Antonio repaired our A/C in record time. His knowledge and expertise is top rated.! It was a pleasure to have him work with us. Midway is a super reliable company. I’m extremely glad I found them and started using them as our go-to Heating and Air Conditioning company.

Nate knew what the noise was and explained it so I could understand what caused it.
If the installers would have told us this would happen then we wouldn't have had to call Midway to come out and explain it like today.

Antonio is great. We’ve worked with him on two service calls. Both times he was thoughtful in addition to being very courteous. It was a relief to see him for the second service call.

Had bids from 5-6 different companies and Alex from Midway was very professional and had answers to all my questions. He marked the location for my meter and contacted NW Natural with pictures to get their pre approval of the site. Midways installation technicians were on time , clean and very attentive. Great company to work with. Alex really sold me on the Lennox brand.

This was our second annual visit from Antonio. A nicer guy you couldn't hope to meet, and he knows his stuff! I look forward to seeing him for the next annual inspection.

Great service with thorough knowledge and technical abilities. We've had functional problems with our Lennox Signature Series furnace for multiple years - even thinking about replacing it. Our previous service provider sent numerous technicians over multiple trips out to diagnose and address the problems on it to no avail. We tried Midway as an alternative service provider and are thrilled about that decision. Nate, from Midway, was able to address the problems on the furnace almost immediately. He found multiple issues (supposed repairs) from previous service trips also and got the furnace back to a good working order and to manufacturer-recommended configurations again. So happy we have a consistently working furnace again all thanks to Midway and Nate!

I have a relatively new system(1 year old Furnace 4 year old AC) that was all installed by Jacobs. The system become non operational randomly 1 day a week or so ago and when I called Jacobs they tried to schedule us 3 weeks out! I called Midway and they were able to send Antonio out the next day and he knocked it out of the park. I'll be calling Midway in the future!

Excellent service, a needed a new furnace and AC, install crew was very courteous and professional. Had them out for routine service and also to diagnose what turned out to be a failed thermostat. Each time they came out asap. Would highly recommend.
