A friend referred me to Robben and Sons for a new furnace and A/C installation. I had a really old gas furnace and NO A/C in my house. The price was really good to replace my gas furnace with a high efficient gas furnace and newly installed A/C unit. The installers were friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with my new furnace and A/C unit. I would highly recommend this business to anyone that needs installation and/or maintenance on their current systems. Wonderful experience with this company from office staff, sales, installers, and technicians.

I bought my home in 1989 and old natural gas furnace had Robbens and Sons label on it. They maintained the old one and when time for a new one they installed that natural gas furnace and have been maintaining it too. Recently had an issue with the new one and repair was timely, efficient, and very reasonable. They are wonderful folks to deal with and all the ones I have met have been friendly, respectful, on time and highly competent!

Didn't finish the job I asked them to do then sent me an invoice for another diagnostic and service to fix the original problem, after I paid my first invoice. I have already hired and gotten service from another HVAC provider.

I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about Robben and Sons. I had to have a boiler replaced with a heat pump and tankless water heater and they were the only company to honestly pass along all of the factory rebates, they were the best price, best customer service and seemless install. Anthony, the lead, was great to work with, made sure I understood all of the new equipment, made me laugh and treated his crew well. It sounds funny to gush about a furnace crew, but this company was hands down the best experience and the best price. I value their honestly and work ethic. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I'm a landlord in SE Portland and used Robben & Sons Heating Inc to progressively install a total of eight (8) new air condition systems and eight (8) new furnace replacements beginning in early 2022 and completing all work just a few days ago. I could not be happier with their work. Their product line is excellent, pricing is competitive with on-schedule delivery, and they smoothly coordinated their work with each tenant. They are a family-owned company and would give them my highest recommendation for others to seriously consider them for your HVAC work.

We have been using Robben & Sons for nearly 50 years maintaining our boiler forced air heating system. And yes it is still going strong thanks to Robben & Sons excellent service and to service tech Randal.

Still waiting for a quote after calling 4 times and asking technician to talk to them.
Technician came charged for the visit which just confirmed what I knew - never got back to me to schedule the repair.
I won't be calling them again.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. They were caring, knowledgeable and helped me get my old boiler back up and running. Wonderful team!

The furnace broke after the heaviest snowfall and Robben & Sons were the only company in town that worked and fixed the furnace in a few ours. Other companies were very afraid of driving in the snow. We were saved!

Full heat/ac, heat pump installed.
My electric bill rose, did not save me money for six months, even after my household peeps decreased.
Technician found my thermostat was set for commercial and other settings wrong!
Bill finally decreased, no one from the company offered to reimburse my additional electricity expenses.
AC works great now, won't know about the heat until later.
Beware! I would give a zero if possible!
Came for covered year service. Received pdf of invoice showing my signature that I never signed.
Have not ever received invoice for the screw-up with setting my home to commercial.
